Just received this product and it doesn’t work!!! Just seals, NO VACUUM!!! Will be returning tomorrow!!!

Sorry to say but it didn’t seal or vacuum. Ever. Brand new out of the box and it only lit up, made some noise but didn’t work. Besides the obvious problem of not working, the directions were terrible. The product has one mode and you have to press on a bar to get it to seal. Save your money, this thing was designed poorly. I honestly cannot think of one single thing good to say about it

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  love this product no need to wait to heat up the sealer to seal the bag. once the cord is plugged you can immediately seal the bag and store the food away. great product highly recommended. thank you for the great product

I can’t figure out how to use this machine! The instructions are really confusing & when followed exactly still don’t work! There are no how to videos either. I have tried many many times to use it. The meats I bought in bulk to vacuum seal are now in the freezer in ziplocks like they have always had to be.
