My 11 year old grandson loves this bike. Functions really well and charges well too.

I purchased this bike for my son for Christmas, it worked great for about 2 months, one full battery charge. It then stopped working. It does absolutely nothing. I purchased the extended warranty, I contacted jetson who told me I’d get a call in 24 for instructions about getting a replacement. I gave it a week, I called back and they tell me they don’t have their warehouse inventory so I’ll be put on a list. Meanwhile, the bike is $50 cheaper than what I paid at Christmas and I can get it in 2 days. That makes absolutely no sense at all. The woman I spoke with was so much less than helpful. I asked for a supervisor and was told there is a waitlist for that too. I will never buy another Jetson product again.

Fun and convenient ebike. Took it to Target up the street to get a drive up order and got love from employees and a kid on another ebike. The woman will be happy to ride with little effort. I was able to flip the handle bars around so she can throttle left-handed. Big W on this purchase. I picked it up for $200 open box but it didn't look used or damaged. Order from Amazon seller and feel confident your purchase will be covered and reliable.

Stock tires wear out fast bike lasts a long time once you get quality tires until the air stem randomly wears out and pops off other than that durable little bike for going short distances I weigh 130 pounds bike gets 12 miles of range on flat ground top speed of 12 mph so not as described

I bought this e-bike to use while walking my rambunctious dog! I am a senior, and it is hard to keep up with her. She has done so well running next to the bike. It is very compact and easy to maneuver. It folds up so we are able to easily put it into the trunk and head to the boardwalk at the beach. It has given me mobility to enjoy the outdoors.

Good but small looks for kids not adults

Transportation needs. Family member does not drive. The ebike allows for mobility for errands, etc.Be SURE to check with your local public transportation department regarding ebike riding rules. We were DENIED access to public transportation due to the ebike having a battery. Ebikes are NOT considered medical necessity for public transportation. The rack on the front of the bus DOES NOT accommodate ebikes.

Bought 2 years ago. Now the bike won't hold a charge.
