Sidequest Decks: Dungeons, Caves, & Ruins Fantasy

Okay, I'm one of those DMs who tries to prep for everything my chaotic players might come up with. Spoiler, it's impossible to do that, but with these decks, you'll definitely be able to throw a curve ball right back at your players! I highly recommend these, each one is a great product. (This one is probably my favorite, though, as I love a good dungeon)

These decks are amazing for impromptu side quests in your already established game outline or on their own on the fly. The information provided has leeway for your own details of names, NPCs amd creatures, and a geographical element or map designed to fit the card is on the reverse side from the text. The playing card size makes it perfect for reference behind the game screen without a large footprint. I would recommend these for any DM as an addition to their support materials collection.

I've loved each one of these that I've gotten. I think I might be up to six. I know there's another review somewhere that mentions there are some that are very similar across the packs, and there are a few, but they are colored differently. And are fair reminders that you can easily tweak them for your use.I've turned a handful into side missions and mini bosses already since originally getting one of these packs a few months ago.Of all the things that I've gotten since I began DMing this has probably gotten the most use. I have wasted money on tons of items, books, fancy maps, minis... These and the token style miniatures are the best purchases I have made. (And the giant chessex plain map.)

It’s a nice collection of encounters for any RPG or tactical dungeon crawler, in randomized form.If you’re into solo play, this and Nord Games Random wandering dungeon monsters deck createa cool dynamic when used together.

This product is extraordinary. It is 54 little "one page" adventures put into a deck of cards. Don't be deceived by the title of "side-quest," however... Many of the cards contain ideas that could lead to an entire RPG campaign!As a minimalist gamer who follows a lot of old school traditions, I can honestly state that this product has given me more "bang for the buck" than any other rpg product I've purchased in the past several years.Bravo!

A great resource for the most familiar and classic of RPG settings. Will help ease planning and throw some new life into your game. Amazing. Detailed. Useful. You will not regret purchasing these. A good mix of side quest with a theme.

Great product until i opened the Frontier deck and realized most were repeat cards. Do yourself a favor and only buy one of the decks. Otherwise its great, and is as advertised. The maps are very unique and the quests can easily be used in any adventure.
