It doesn't flow, it has to be sucked out. It didn't work super well for me, I hope it works for you!

Q: What size would be recommended for Cairn Terrier puppies? Mothher is 14lbs and father is 20lbs.

The small size would work the best. The larger size is for bigger breeds of dogs!
