I have been taking humic acid for a couple of years now. I can honestly say it works. This is a good formulation that has CoQ10 and Zinc. All of these ingredients are needed everyday. Depending on your viral load, your gut health or if you have intestinal inflammation this will help. Seeing more and more research that suggests humic acid has other benefits as well. Don't let the name fool you, it is alkaline not acidic. I'm in my 50's, take no meds only natural supplements from reputable sources and workout everyday. This is a daily for me.

I have been using humic acid for about a year in a variety of forms and have found that it has really improved my digestive system. I have to be careful about taking it close to medications because it is so effective that it increases the effectiveness of my medications.The addition of CoQ10 and zinc is an interesting concept in this formula. The CoQ10 is energizing, making this better for me to take in the morning. I haven't noticed a difference in taking this specific formula as opposed to taking just humic acid, but I like the added zinc as an anti-viral and the CoQ10 for heart health and energy.I can't find any information about quality manufacturing or third-party testing which is disappointing so I will probably not purchase this again but the website does feature an interesting study by Stanford University on the effectiveness of humic acid which is worth a read if you want to know more about humic acid's role in our immune system.

Not only are the ingredients in Pea Life's nootropic good for enhanced immunity, they are also good for helping to preserve telomeres and overall brain function. I have tried other Peak Life products with good results, and Immune Booster is no exception. The only (major) downside here is the inclusion of microcrystalline cellulose inside a vegan capsule. Excuse me, but the last thing I want in any nutraceutical is wood pulp, no matter how refined - I get more than enough fiber in my diet, thank you.
