We opened the box (my sons only Xmas present) and the back tire was flat! Won’t hold air! We tried pumping it up 3 times and it continues to go flat. My son is devastated!

Battery dies and my bike actually doesn’t run full speed unless full battery. Handle brake came in broken. Outstanding customer service that gave me a discount for my issues but I’m going to sell to recoup cash and I’ll be buying a better one. Low cost = lower prices quality. Buyer beware. Again, the customer service team was good.

I love everything about this bike, especially the seat because you have so much room sit and get into a comfortable position on the bike. My husband has a different e bike with a normal seat, and if I ride his bike, I have to lean forward because of the distance between the seat and the handle bars. With this bike, I can sit closer and be more upright while riding which is what I prefer. I also love the look and have gotten compliments on this bike. The only reason I took one star if is because there are only three levels of pedal assist. Level one wants to keep you around 7-9 mph, when you go to level two, it’s most comfortable at around 14 mph. There should be an in between keeping you around 10-12 mph. Other than that, I love this bike.

I love this bike for the price. If my daughter didn't have a Super73 to compare it to, I'd give it a 5.Instant torque would be nice, brakes are squeaky. All in all great bike for cruising around the neighborhood. It gets lots of compliments

My husband bought me this bike July 2023. A week later I started having problems. The bike has went through multiple derailers,breaks have went out on me. The tires have needed tubes replaced 3 times.He bought the warranty, and it’s been a fight to try to have them cover anything. I took my bike to the bike shop this previous time the derailer broke only to be told I had to pay for labor and they would pay for the parts. Not sure what the point of buying the insurance was.Great bike and I ride it every where. I just wish the Nancy’s shop would be easier to get ahold of and the bike wouldn’t break constantly.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. The battery lasted five rides and did not go beyond 15 miles. The battery was charged 100% and drained to zero while I was in traffic up a hill. The seat is too wide to petal, thus putting me in a dangerous and in expected situation. When I reached out to customer service, the David, Director of JoyRide bikes (they partnered with Hurley to make the bike) emailed me and was short, rude, and had little patience to help get a replacement battery. He was terrible to talk with and would not remedy the situation in any way. Extremely poor customer service if something goes wrong with your bike (something will definitely go wrong with the bike). Go elsewhere and spend your money on a company who cares and has a better product.

Once pedal assist is going, it averages about 20mph. It’s super fun to ride.
