I am a seamstress, so I am VERY critical when it comes to the quality of a garment's construction. I reason I only gave 3 stars is because both the materials and the construction, while okay, is not great. For example, the hem of the dress is only serged, not rolled; the dress has no lining; the "cups" are very flimsy and provide no support (I wore a bra for the pictures); and lastly the material itself is only a double knit (I was expecting a scuba knit). The embroidery is very pretty and the zipper was well sewn. My measurements are as follows: height- 5'3.75", weight- 160 lbs. roughly ;), bust 41.5", waist 34", hips 42". I ordered a 16 which ended up being too big everywhere, but I bet if I had ordered a size down it would have shown every flaw because the fabric is only one layer.

5 stars for this gorgeous dress!I was a little skeptical about ordering a "formal" dress on Amazon, but I went out on a limb and purchased it because for $60 I figured "What the heck, why not?" This dress FAR EXCEEDED my expectations! I am heavy-chested so I have a hard time finding sweetheart front and/or strapless dresses that sit right across my bust. The nude-colored mesh on this dress served to keep the dress in place while giving the illusion of a "strapless" dress. I was able to dance and not worry about my girls jumping out! The fabric is stretchy yet firm enough to smooth any lumps. I wore it with Spanx and it looked AMAZING.Runs small, so make sure you order 2 sizes up. I normally wear a 12 in dresses but I ordered a 16 (based on other reviews) and it fit perfectly.I'm 5'6" and wore 5" heels and the dress hit the floor exactly. It was the PERFECT length with heels. If you're shorter than me though, you might need to get it hemmed a bit because it is rather long.Highly recommend!

I am 5'6'' and 130 lbs. and a size 4 fit like a glove! The material was stretchy and gave breathing room and ability to walk with no problem. The design looks amazing and very intricate. It came long so we did have to hem but the material was super easy to work with. I would highly recommend this dress. I received tons of complements all night from girls who had bought super expensive dresses.

Well I’ve got quite a story with this dress and it’s a love one. I bought a size 8 last year when my BFF announced her engagement. I got over excited and rushed to buy the dress for the wedding. I saw this one and I just loved it. I had got myself a size 8 (5’9” and 155 lbs). Few months later and exhausting cycling classes I got to 137 lbs (yeees!) but the dress got too loose and I couldn’t wear it anymore. I decided get myself a size 2. It’s slightly short for a 5’9” girl but it fits really nicely a 137 lbs body. It is stretchy so it will accommodate the curves. I just have compliments for this dress and can’t wait for the wedding to show it off.

I am 5’6, 145 pounds, 34B bra size and ordered a medium. It fit like a glove! I wore with three inch heels and the length was perfect. (The picture is shown in the grass, but on the floor it did not drag.) the detailed embroidery on top is a showstopper. I wore this to a black tie optional wedding and received countless compliments. There were other guests who ordered on Amazon, but no one had my dress. The cups are loosely sewn in and do not offer much support. I wore a strapless bra and it worked great! I also wore some spanx to smooth out my stomach area. That worked perfectly. I highly recommend this dress for the price! I wish I could wear it again. I honestly didn’t want to take it off.

This dress is even more beautiful than the pictures! My biggest issue was the size chart. According to this size chart (as well as the countless other dresses I looked at), I should’ve gotten a 14. However, I normally wear a size 8-10. After reading tons of reviews, I opted to go with my usual 10, but a 10 in the navy color wouldn’t have been delivered in time, so I sized down and went with size 8 instead since that one was prime. I’m a 34B/36A, measurements 40-32-43, and broad 17 inch shoulders. The size 8 is a little tight, but it fits comfortably enough that I’ll be able to wear it to my event. The 10 probably would’ve been perfect, but the 8 works for me too. It does have some give and stretch in the main body of the dress, but not in the sheer part up top, so it’s a little uncomfortable for me up there with my broad shoulders, but not enough to be a deal breaker. I’m 5’6 and the dress just brushes the floor barefoot, which is perfect for me since I plan to wear flats, but if you’re tall or want extra length for heels, you might not like the length. The quality for the price is excellent. It’s not the nicest fabric in the world, but it’s still plenty nice. The gold embroidery is a lot more detailed in person and very beautiful. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase.
