Well, these certainly look strong! They are very heavy. No sure if they can carry 120 pounds tho, the weak point are the handles, they really don't look like they can hold that much weight (but they are certainly strong enough for grocery shopping.) Like all other bags being sold on Amazon, the handles are not long enough - you will not be able to carry this on your shoulder if you fill-up the bag to the brim. The rubber "bag handle" is tiny and imho useless. I've edited this review to 4 stars, because compared to 2 other bag-packs I've purchased on Amazon, these are the strongest and live-up to their claims. But I really wish they made them with an extra pair of handles as high as the bag itself, so we could carry on shoulder even when completely full.)

These bags were a new addition to our collection. We have been using our own bags since before it was a "thing" and we had some great heavy duty first generation bags that have now seen better days. These bags are nearly as nice and that is saying a lot, as the other bags have lasted over 12 years of constant use and are still used. These bags will "sit up" when the bagger packs your groceries. They are not floppy, nor are they super stiff. I absolutely hate having 96 flimsy plastic bags with 2 items each to unpack from the car. With these, a usual trip will fill two to three of these bags which we extricate from the cart and carry by their sturdy handles. Make your life easier. Get a good shopping bag.

Sturdy lined bags. These bags seem very sturdy. They are lined with a thin flexible plastic. When I opened them up there was a slip of paper calling them "art bags".The handles are longer than necessary (approx. 8 inches); this may be good or bad depending on your uses. The length from the top of the handle to the bottom of the bag is approx. 24 inches -- for me this means the bottom swings very close to the ground if I'm walking along holding the loaded bag by the handle.

On the plus side, these bags are very durable, large, and hold an enormous amount of weight. Very well made. On the negative side, they don't stand up/open as easily as I would like, and they're nearly impossible to fold up neatly.

Bought these recently because I was tired of carrying 10+ bags (and multiple trips) up the stairs every other week.So far I've used I've only used these bags twice, but I was surprisingly able to fit all of my groceries in all 3 bags (including a 12-pack of sodas and 8-pack of gatorade).I have not experienced any wear and tear, and I was able to comfortably take all 3 bags (completely full) up the stairs with no problems.I highly recommend these to save trips when unloading groceries!

I ordered this product last year for thanksgiving raffle we put together at work. This bag is strong enough to hold all the food items we had collected for the raffle including a frozen turkey breast. These would make great shopping bags because they are not flimsy and can hold a good weight amount. I liked them so much I am ordering them again for this years raffle baskets!

I like these bags. I am able to carry 40-pounds without the bag breaking. If something leaks, I do not need to worry about the bag leaking. As my other bags eventually give way, I have been replacing them with these bags.

Strong bag! Not sure if it can actually carry 120 lbs, but it manages 75-80 lbs quite well. The only drawback for me is that it did not include the silicon handle and the bag-handles run a little long. (I put on workout gloves, twist the bag-handles & that's working fine for now) Very difficult to find strong/sturdy carry-all bags, but this one fits the bill, IMHO.
