I love our patio furniture, which I purchased July 2022. I searched high and low for a straight-leg table set then discovered that Happatio sold separately the table I wanted. I then bought 2 swivel chairs and 4 non-swivel chairs separately (see photo). Now I can sit without whacking my knees on the supports under the table top. Also the chairs fit easily all the way on one side and half the way on the other side. This set is elegant looking, easy to clean with a garden hose, comfortable and light enough for we seniors to rearrange. Our set sits in a screened patio so only the pollen gets on it. I don’t notice any rust spots or wear and tear. It’s still like new. The table, once assembled, had a crooked leg so I contacted customer service. Wow! Best customer service ever! The rep I dealt with had me put a couple washers under the screws which straightened the leg. PLUS I was given credit towards this. I highly recommend this company.

Did not come with any warranty information or product registration. Requested from the manufacturer. They were very professional and exhibited great concern for customer satisfaction. Provided the requestedinformation and apologized for slight delay.Have been using the chairs for a couple of weeks. They look good and appear to be pretty durable...... time will tell. Easy to assemble just takes some time.

The media could not be loaded.  I am simply loving these patio chairs. They look great with my patio furniture - lounge chairs and new umbrella. They are Sturdy and comfortable at the same time. I can enjoy being outside and getting a lot done without giving up the outdoor.It does take a bit of assembling but the result is worth it.Style and Comfort. I Highly recommend these chairs for outdoor living, work, and entertaining. After an issue I had with a product I had purchased, this company went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with the solution.

Very comfortable and matched my table prefectly

On first arrival we loved these chairs. Assembly took some time but they looked nice and put them outside on our patio. After 1 week they filled up with rust and started leaking rust all over our patio. Not even sure we can get that cleaned! I'm so upset & disappointed and i have reached out to the seller. Brand new chairs shouldn't be doing this! What a waste of time & money.*Update*Customer service contacted me immediately offering a full refund and also explaining the problem and how to correct it. If you don't check each plastic piece on the arm rests that they are securely fastened, water can get into the arm rest and leak out the weep holes. The outside of their chairs are treated with rust prevention but not the inside of the arm rest. See attached photo they sent me. So I'm upset that this happened with BRAND NEW chairs and now i have to get rust cleaned off my white concrete patio but I did appreciate the great customer service (with full refund.)
