The umbrella does its job of shielding you from the rain, but it is very difficult to open and close the umbrella. The button to open the umbrella is very hard; and what is worse is that you cannot close the umbrella without using a great deal of force. It seems the manufacturer's quality control is not up to the mark.

This umbrella size is decent enough for kids bur definitely not for office going adults who have to not only protect themselves but also their bags from rains. Design post fold is compact and comfortable. Switch option to open and close is also a genius. Overall good product.
