My Favorite !
Absolute favorite sunglasses. Replacing a pair from January 2020, which somehow disappeared from my truck a few days ago. My only issue would have to be with the packaging, which doesn't fall on KD. I appreciate the minimalist packaging, but these are sunglasses - if nothing else, a little bubble wrap.Overall, the fit is perfect, good coverage for my eyes, and the polarization is exactly what I need. Quick shipping, which meant only one day without my glasses !

The X-KDs fit my face well (I wear a size 7-1/2 hat, if that provides a better frame of reference) and the polarization works great, but I've found that the finish-coating isn't ideal if I'm sweating, as they slide down my nose more than any other glasses I own. If you wear contact lenses I would not recommend them as your day-to-day riding glasses, as the smaller-than-most frames will allow alot of wind to get to your eyes.I haven't tried it, but I'm sure the slippery finish could be "fixed" by lightly sanding the underside of the bridge of the glasses. I found out the hard way that they don't float, but I liked them enough to buy a second pair after losing my first pair while kayaking.I also own a pair of amber- and a pair of blue-tinted X-KDs. They work well in the late afternoon and early evening while I'm in my car or on my motorcycle, but after the sun goes down they're too dark to be helpful.

My go-to shades
KD's XL sunglasses are perfect for my generous dome. They are my go-to sunglasses for daily use, especially in situations when the glasses could fall and break or get lost like tubing, riding, mowing, etc. I'll save my top-shelf specs for driving. But even then, the KD's are polarized and perfect for that too! And you can get a dozen of these for less than the cost of one pair of RayBans, Oakleys, or Maui Jim's... Highly recommended.
