The media could not be loaded. I read the reviews AFTER i ordered my Butler. Yes his eyes are LED BRIGHT and the voice box is loud butDuring a Halloween party that volume will be perfect. I tweaked my Butler and I put a piece of tape over the box to muffle the sound until party time and i added a dot of acrylic craft paint over the bulb and I LOVE the effect!!! I would love to have the rest of the set!!! But my Best Buddies Budget for Different ability and disabled kids (Down syndrome friends group) does not allow for it! This year!! I Cant wait to surprise the kids with their host!!!

Disturbingly happy about this purchase!
I am having a murder mystery in October and loving this creepy butler who will stand by the bar! For the price point I think this is a great buy just stand alone without sound and eyes lit up he is creepy! It’s a plus that his eyes are LED and it has sound!

Decent.
The media could not be loaded. Brand new batteries. It’s only touch activated, so you would have to place something on the tray in order for a child to enjoy the spooky effect or feature. If he or she is a butler, it might be better if it was solar powered so it would be time automated and it would lift the tray.
