I have used this once and my garden was overgrown. It cuts grass, bushes and saws branches. Value for money and easy to assemble. Battery charges last for about 3/4 hour. What a bargain, well happy!

Great little strimmer,perfect for my garden. Only downside is the batteries don't last long even though I fully charged them, however 2 are supplied with it so I changed them over and was able to finish the task. There were lots of extra blades etc supplied. I have only used the metal ones, they are excellent . It's easy to use and lightweight, perfect for the smaller garden. Good value!

I bought this for topping soft rushes and weeds missed by the larger mower in a boggy field. You will be surprised by how lightweight the strimmer is, this allows it to be easily moved around. It also folds down very nicely with the telescopic pole but that does seem flimsy when it is fully extended.The strimmer is not powerful, I found it wasn't powerful enough to cut rushes and thick grass with any blade except the circular blade. With this blade it is able to cut grass and rushes well if small bites are taken. Plunging the tool too quickly into thick vegetation will immediately stall the weak motor. This tool is not suitable for brambles, they can be cut just one at a time which is far too impractical. For thick vegetation like brambles get a petrol strimmer.Having two batteries is very convenient however as others have mentioned the batteries are not 24V mine charge up to 20.9V when fully charged. The batteries take a while to charge but seem to last about as advertised. For light duty work this tool may be suitable for you. It is remarkably quiet in operation, lightweight and easy to use.

This strimmer is ace, lightweight and easy to use, the metal blade rapidly cuts through the weeds.

I do like using this strimmer but it dose have a couple of disadvantages. First the head is pretty small, so using over a large area will take a little longer. The power is not very strong, so cutting through heavy terrain can be a problem. In order to strim the grass edges I had to buy separate fitting to house strimmer wire. The plastic blades that come with this unit are useless, they break so easy.Positive note about this strimmer: It is very lightweight and effortless to use. It comes with two batteries, each last about 30minues (doing light to medium terrain). The power from the motor is enough to do most basic garden jobs. The strap is very useful and I like that it folds down for easy storage. On the whole, it is a pretty good garden tool and is worth the money I paid.
