PrisualNDI PTZ Camera 30x Full NDI Live Streaming Auto Tracking Camera with HDMI/3G-SDI/USB and NDI 60P Outputs (Embed Latest Newtek NDI SDK)

First, Ariel at Prisual has been wonderful in his support of this excellent product. Keep in mind the Asian time zone, he responds very quickly during their business hours, and his team is available for remote hands on assistance if needed. We use two of these cameras in our church services, with PoE, remote network PTZ, and high-quality video over HDMI, with switching to Zoom via OBS Studio. The lenses are sharp, and the latest firmware upgrade was easy, enabling better autofocus, auto exposure and color, as well as snappy preset initialization and smoother manual PTZ. For the price, they can’t be beat, especially for the 30x optical zoom lens, which enables fairly long distance closeups that remain sharp. We also like the versatility of connectivity - NDI, HDMI, PoE, Ethernet, following several industry communication standards - plus professional durability, and consistent performance. We’d like to buy more!

We bought this to use for our church's livestream. We've been using an older Mevo camera, which has its merits, but just gets grainy when zoomed in even though it had to be positioned in the aisle near the front of the church. With 30X zoom, we were able to mount this Prisual camera on the back wall and we are still getting very clear, high quality picture. POE over the Cat6 cable along with the NDI broadcast means that we only had to run one cable to the camera. But as good as the camera is, the customer service has been just as good. Using this for a church service, the AI Tracking function was important to us during the sermon. When I asked about working with the AI tracking, customer service logged into our computer and upgraded the firmware to the newest version that includes more options for the tracking - the new firmware is significantly better in this AI tracking area with additional options. I have written asking several questions, and they have answered back quickly every time. The camera works well with the PTZOptics iOS app, and I used the PTZOptics OBS doc on my Mac with ease (the windows version is currently showing a trojan in Microsoft Defender, so not using it yet - their customer support said they would look into it). I still have one issue to work out between OBS and camera controls, but that's largely due to a pre-existing OBS problem (need to do a fresh install of OBS due to it failing to close properly before this). But once that is fixed, I think we are going to be very pleased with the results we get from the camera. We've only had it a very short time, but customer service has been very proactive and responsive in helping me to get it set up. If something changes over time, I'll update the review.

This is a great camera and works well for streaming our worship service. Clear picture and great single cable connectivity. Tech support is great and willing to help in any way they possibly can. This has truly been an amazing experience.

My church purchased this camera to use for our online streaming ministry.Purchased in April 2024.Several attempts to setup via our media team to NO AVAIL!!Took it to Best Buys Geek Squad.LONG story SHORT!!Their advice was to RETURN the camera. The manufacturers interface, need for a separate IP address, and the camera requiring to be directly connected to our router which isn't even IN the Sanctuary was beyond disappointing.Can't speak to the quality or performance of the camera because we couldn't get it SET UP to USE!What a WASTE of our SACRED time!

The image is good and very clear.The NDI source is very low latency it works with 4k,h.265.Very happy to have this camera with live streaming.
