I purchased this as one of my Bichons is recovering from a strained cruciate ligament and desperately needed a good hair cut. I attached this to a sturdy grooming arm. She wasn't suspended in mid air, her body was supported with feet on the grooming table and it kept her very comfortable whilst having her legs cut, it would have been impossible without it as she can't put much weight on her recovering knee. I also managed to trim her nails whist in the hammock.I then used it on my other (non injured) Bichon who has front leg tantrums when being trimmed and it saved me around 30-40 mins grooming time as her capacity for front leg tantrums was very limited when in the grooming hammock. She had a good try though!I liked the option of having both carabiner clips and S hooks, I thought the clips would be most useful however the S hooks worked really well using the grooming arm. It was easy and quick to get both dogs in and out of the hammock.So overall very pleased with my purchase.

I have a very wriggly beagle-cross that has no problem having her paws held, stroked, cleaned and checked over but freaks out if I (or the vet) tries to clip her nails. Back in November she had to have cruciate ligament surgery so being immobile led to her claws not naturally wearing down. This bit of kit became a game changer as I was able to safely clip them without her struggling and causing a problem with her recovery. I now have it in a couple of sizes as I groom other dogs and have found it a more comfortable way of clipping claws on wriggly dogs.

My cocker just riggles and gets out of this in a flash. I wanted it for clipping and even if I could have kept him in it, I wouldnt have been able to get to any of his hair.

My Frenchie hated her nails done.thought I would give this a go.she was so still while I did her nails.first time ever .wish I brought this ages ago .it's a must buy if you struggle

This is just brilliant. I usually have such a fight to clip my Cavi's nails, but she stood perfectly still in this and I managed all four paws in jig time. Brilliant!

OK this is fantastic.. my 2 year old frenchie HATES having her nails clipped. I mean to the point of her trying to bite me. I had to have them cut while she was under being spayed! Even the vets had no luck before and gave up. Tried this and although she struggled at first, with treats to bribe her she finally let me trim her seriously overgrown claws. So happy!

We have three dogs but our smallest was really enjoying it looked super chilled out having her hair and nails cut the harness was fantastic I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants their dogs still for a haircut
