I am 5’5” 198lbs, and I got the XL. The XL is tight and I am on the last row of hooks but I am dieting and plan to loose more weight so I went for the XL. Definitely go up a size if you’re close to my build. It was so hard to get on the first two times, but fought through it for a few days and it allowed it to stretch, it has become easier to get on and it does get more comfortable.I have numerous spinal issues, along with scoliosis. I spend a lot of my time in bed due to my conditions, so my core has become extremely weak over the years. I usually use back braces but manufacturers just don’t seem to create good enough straps to cover your stomach if you have a bit of a tummy, they just bunch up and don’t give any support. This belt has been wonderful to help keep me upright, I usually have to lay down after 15 minutes because my back will start to burn in pain…when I wear this, I can stand longer than the 15 minutes now, with no pain from slouching. It really is an amazing feeling being able to tolerate doing dishes, or basic standing tasks. This brace is actually very strong, well made, and gives me such amazing support. I tried a similar brace with only two straps because it was cheaper, but did not get these good results. If you have back issues and want something to help keep you upright, definitely splurge and get this 3 strap style, you won’t regret it.

I am a pretty tall person and my gut gets in the way of me. I am more toward the high 280s. I wear a 2XL-3XL in Women's and also 2XL in Men's shirts. At first, I got a 2XL. It was a tight fit, so I bought a 3XL instead. I will say that I was able to get it all on the first rings going straight down with the 3XL. My only issue is that my torso is a bit long. So, my belly hangs out just a bit at the bottom. Overall, I will say that I really like this product and will manage with my stomach at the bottom. It has great potential and feels great. I love the quality of the product and feel secured whenever I put it on. My stomach did shrink with this product on. The thermal activity is absolutely incredible. It beats my other waist trainer for sure.

I'm 6 feet tall and it is too short for me. This would be perfect for a shorter person. Oh I wish it fit because it felt really good on and gave me good posture. If only it was long enough.

Wow! For starters I am 5’5” and 162 lbs. I purchased a size medium. I don’t have a lot of belly fat or back fat, but I can stand to lose what I have!I purchased this to help with my posture while on my daily 3 mile walk. May I say - Snatched!I immediately felt secure without feeling restricted in movement. I started out on the first row because the garment piece is so sturdy it was a workout catching and gathering the hooks together. However, once I did and I secured the 3 levels of Velcro I was ready for my walk. I plan to wear it over a shirt as it seems it will rub if it’s close to your skin and not on top of something.Bottom line - I’m pleased with my purchase and will wear it to exercise daily!Don’t hesitate to buy this.

Really holds you in!!! The added straps I am not so sure add much to the waist trainer. I suppose that as you become more fit this allows you to extend the use of the product as you can make it tighter. The shoulder straps were wide and comfortable. In my opinion, the waist trainer is just too STIFF and too HEAVY to wear comfortably for dynamic workouts or daily use. I prefer a lighter fabric that blends in with your body and movements and yet provides support. I bought an L (185 lbs) and it fit well; and I would not consider going up on size as it would add more weight. I returned it because I would not wear it due to its weight.

I really wanted this to do what it's supposed to do but dang it was a bust! It's literally so heavy it's unbearable to wear. I work a lot of hours and didn't realize I passed the window of return which sucks because now I'm stuck with it. Seriously though if it was lighter I could have worked with it but I'll just throw it away at this point because I need to be comfortable as well.

This is amazing and I love the way it snatches and supports my waist. I have a mesh implant and needed extra support for my stomach while I work and this is perfect. The best waist trainer I have ever purchased. Well worth the price.

This gave me 3 big rashes one one my back one on my left sholer and the other one on my right I hurts so bad 😭 but it snatches you the way it's supposed too
