Pretty good
Had it for a few days now and no probems, put 6 3000mah 18650 batteries in and they fit and worked perfectly

Does the job though the charge level LED lights don't appear to work properly
I have several versions made by other manufacturers of this already which have three LED lights indicating charge level that work. With this one only one LED light is on when batteries are actually fully charged. Hence only 4 out of 5 stars. Otherwise seems rugged and well made.DC input charging works but it is probably not battery managed. I have extracted sets of 18650 batteries from old laptops and I use this unit for cycle touring (runs my phone with GPS) as well as bushwalking. Easily attaches to either bicycle or a belt and DC input can be used for output with . Seems to seal well against moisture but I also smear with Vaseline as an added measure.

use 'protected' 18650 cells
this is very well made and i love the way the top gets pulled down when you turn the two knobs to make it water tight, also read the box it comes in and only use 'protected' 18650 cells. i charge my cells with a nitecore D4 charger so get maximum out of the cells and not the 8.4 input/output line, a good power box if you have 6 18650 cells handy.

Useful addition for my Crew bike light.
So handy to be able to use regular 2850 batteries for my bike light and being able to recharge my back usb light on the go is a bonus.
