Brain Health Food Supplement by NHCO Aminoscience (4 Week Supply) with DHA for Brain Function, Zinc for cognition, Also Contains Omega 3, Vitamin B6, Amino Acids and Botanical extracts

It's a few months course. I've been taking them for over a month and haven't noticed any changes. Having said that, maybe you need to complete the course and then give it some time. But the list of vitamins is impressive. Copper stood out.

Arrived promptly the next day. As per title I bought to take alongside traditional HRT from the GP. Too soon to notice a difference but it contains a combination of vitamins to hopefully make a positive impact.

I walk at least 10k every day, mostly a bit more with my dog, and exercise is a big part of my life.I noticed my dogs movement was much better after I put her on supplements and it occurred to me at 54years old that I should really be looking after my own joints too!I used to be a gymnast and so I have joint issues due to impact landings particularly my knees.When I run it’s them that I feel more than anything.These capsules with glucosamine sort me out. They literally keep me moving. Taking them means I can do my walk or run and not suffer the next day. I’m not stiff or in discomfort.The copper and manganese together with zinc help protect connective tissues and maintain bones.These are made in France and and filled with all good stuff, no fillers or nasties in these.They are easy to swallow and in my opinion great value for money.The first week starts on a double dose, but after that the single dose of 2 in the morning is sufficient.I take them with my meal.These definitely work for me and I would recommend them.I hope you find my review helpful.

I personally haven’t found any benefit of these. Whether they are working or not. I don’t think I’ll purchase them again but everyone is different and what doesn’t work for me may work for you!

I started this joint supplement when getting back into exercise after a break due to illness. I was also taking on a 15 mile hiking challenge in a few weeks. I noticed a difference after a few days and my knees, hips and lower back all coped much better with my usual exercise and the long hike. Very impressed - I am only in my early thirties and would recommend this to any adults wanting to ease achy joints!

I bought this product to try to help with fat burning for my stomach. Being over 40 has resulted in constantly struggling with my figure. I have used raspberry ketones in the past, but recently they have become less effective. After 2 weeks of taking these pills I noticed a visible reduction in my stomach. They are definitely working and my clothes that were too tight are now starting to hang better on me. I will be continuing on the course which is easy, just being 2 tablets with lunch and dinner.
