The technology works not convinced on durability
Put 2 diced medium potatoes in at 836 AM Tucson time on Feb 3... in two hours they were cooked to the texture of a mashed potato- good sign. The product has weak instructions and seems a bit flimsy but works... I will field test it and see how it holds up. This one is half the price of others so I expected some 'cheapness' in construction... stay tuned
