Came in a box 99% working and quiet
A lot of switches on amazon people complain about bags and bent pins. These came in a box with 107 out of 108 switches in working order not a single bent pin. The 1 switch that didn’t work did light up rgb but the clicks didn’t register so that’s on gateron not the seller. They are pretty quiet and smooth so I do believe that they were lubed. With some rubber bushings they are very quiet. Would buy again 100%.

A Decent In-Between
I'm currently on a keyboarding journey to find the right balance between a thocc thocc or clickity-clack noise. I've got 2 gaming keyboards. One has blue switches and the other are red that I replaced with the Gateron G Brown Pro Switches. With the blue switches, I felt it was a bit too loud for my liking, especially at night when I'm still up and burning that midnight oil, pounding away on my keyboard. So I thought replacing my red switches with these would satisfy my yearning for a more tactile, yet clickity-clack noise. Well, to be honest, I'm in between. However, I do like that it feels smoother than the generic red switches that came with my keyboard when I bought it. Typing is nice and more efficient that's for sure.I have 68 keys on my gaming keyboard and purchased the 72 pack which made sense in case I ended up with a few lemons. Thankfully, all the ones I received were perfectly intact and I was able to successfully swap out every single switch I had. Mind you, I did have 2 that I accidentally and forcefully replaced and bent a prong, however, I was able to easily fix that with a small jewelry plier I happened to have on hand. I think the Gateron G Brown Pro Switches are a decent in-between and definitely best fitted for office working environments or for those looking to decrease overall noise level. One thing I will note is that there are maybe a couple of keys that need to be pressed on with a bit more force than others, but not that much of a difference for me to be annoyed with. The response time has improved on my keyboard though which is a plus and I'm not mad about it. Just be careful when swapping out your switches.

I wasn't ready.
After stumbling across the keyboard enthusiast side youtube I decided it was time to attempt my own build. I have no experience with other switches and switch types besides the ones on the razer huntsman mini I've been using. These switches are absolutely insane. Buttery smooth right out of the box I honestly feel like there is no way you could improve this switch. It's perfect as is. I slapped my keyboard together, lubed the stabs, put in the switches, and popped on the keycaps and ran through the keys one time and was BLOWN away. I didn't expect the thock. They sound better than any video I've seen of them. Highly recommend!!!

Smooth but loud switches
I have no direct comparison between these and the Cherry MX browns, but I know that I didn't like the Cherry browns all that much since they were too scratchy. These here are smooth, but relatively loud. Much louder than the Gateron Pro Red switches for example, but also much nicer to type with.
