Absolutely love this product. My creaky knees and joints creak no more. I actually have a bit more energy and my aches and pains have diminished greatly. Will be recommending to friends

I only used 1 month and frankly can't tell any difference. That doesn't mean the product worked or didn't work as it take awhile to determine if a product like this works well or not. I stopped mainly due to price. If taken like suggested on bottle you would need a bottle every 15 days and that is just too expensive for a product such as this. The individual components of this product can be purchased for a lot less if bought separately.

I'm so happy to have found this product! It has everything my son needs for bone health. He takes it daily.
