Time saver and easy to use on tile
I am a builder and was so happy to find this product. I had one tile that rock a bit but was not broke.I ordered this product over the winter and I was afraid that it might have froze on my front porch. I order another tube for peace of mind. I didn't not want to take the chance of it freezing and not working. I had watched a couple of online videos to eliminate any problems. The adhesive comes out liquidy. I had all the holes (4-5) drilled in the grout and cleaned/vacuum. I used gravity from the caulk gun for the most part. I did not have to squeeze much on caulk gun. It sure beats taking up tiles to fix. Really good product. Side note - I went looking in Lowes for the product and the sale rep laughed and said no such product exist.

watch the how-to videos
This stuff was amazing, saved us so much time and money. It is shockingly simple. It truly is as easy as the videos show. I read someone was not happy about how runny it is, if you put your finger over the tip as you move from hole to hole, it will eliminate any leakage from the caulk gun. We bought a house where the previous owners had installed outside court yard tiles throughout the entire house. We are using it as a rental, so decided to keep them. The grout under the kitchen section had come loose- a large area. it is now a solid floor again, no pulling up tiles. Literally the hardest part was drilling thru the grout and that wasn’t even really hard. Watching the video is essential and weighting down the area for 24 hours-patience is a virtue people.

Decent Product--Time will tell.
I used this for 12-in ceramic tile. I only had 3 spare tiles from the tile installation, and had already used those. I noticed grout breaking up at a corner and found a total of 10 tiles, roughly in a square, that sounded hollow. I drilled one hole on each side initially. My one little tube did not do the job. It is only 10 oz. and there is significant waste with adhesive exiting the holes. I had trouble getting the product to easily flow under the tile as shown in the video. I wound up drilling more holes until I got what seemed adequate coverage underneath. After 24 hrs, about half of the tiles still had spots that sounded hollow. I drilled 32 holes total. I used a 1/4-in. masonry bit which jammed frequently when trying to drill. (The tiles are set with those little spacers which are not exactly 1/4 inch. ) A 3/16-in. bit MIGHT work better, but I did not have this size. The tiles are down much better than before. Hope they last. Expect one tube to treat 3-4 tiles. My job took 3 tubes. The adhesive seems a lot like Elmer's glue in flow characteristics and tackiness. Cutting the applicator tip is important. It needs to fit snug inside the drilled hole without bottoming out. Start with a narrow tip and shave off slices until you get it right.

Missing the tip
The pictures of this product is misleading. It does not come with a tip. Which makes it totally worthless. And to make matters worse you can NOT return via UPS. It must me sent via usps. WHY?I just ordered the gorilla glue whai i have used many times over the years. I even tried their black duct tape. That tape is unbelievable. Once you put it down you cannot remove it.

Tube exploded/Replacement sent
Horrible. Couldn't get glue out of container. When I squeezed the tube a little to see if the glue was hard, the bottom burst out and all the glue went on my rug. Can't tell if it works or not since I never got a chance to use it. Disappointed. Cut small tip off and even tried inserting a small nail to make sure glue could flow. No luck.Update: I contacted the company and they offered to send a replacement tube. They said to make sure you do the following before using. First you need to make sure the tube itself has been opened (unscrew tip off the tube & pierce a hole to open & screw tip back on), If too much pressure is applied when injecting the adhesive or if you are pressing the tip down onto the subfloor when filling it can blow out the back. Will update again after I try.

5 starts all around
I recently spent $11,000 to have a porcelain installed in my kitchen and foyer. The installers worked really hard for 4 days when the salesman labeled it a 2 day job. The installers were pressured to finish and worked 14 hrs on the last day a Sunday and had a new job Monday morning. In their haste they made a few errors. Rather than going after them, I decided I could repair the loose tiles. I found your Fix-a-Floor online and watched the brief video. I gave it a shot plus used the rest on other tiles that were loose plus installed a threshold of aluminum. The process went as easy as the video showed. The milky thin adhersive had me worried but it helped fill in all the voids under the loose tiles. I placed weighted water buckets on the ties and waited 24 hours as instructed. Cleaned the excess adhesive that excreted from under the tiles and the adhesion was amazing. 5 stars all around for Easy use, Thickness and adhesion. I will come back in a year or two if it does not hold but I feel like its rock solid. Thanks very much. excellent fix.

Works wonderfully well.
We had a bathroom remodel back in 2020. And after about 6 months, a couple of tiles started shifting and breaking out the grout. This resulted in the tile coming a bit loose. I pulled the time and replaces the mastic, reseated it, allowed to dry and then re-grouted… about 8 months later the same issue with the tile flexing and popping upstarted. I decided to try Fix a Tile instead of going through the entire process again. While the recommendation is to drill a couple pilot holes in the grout, I decided to dremel out all of the grout to ensure the best fill possibilities for the Fix a Tile. I also purchased a syringe kit for this. The description is exact. The product is the consistency of Elmer’s glue. I used the syringe to inject the product into the grout lines and it wicked under the tiles in the problem areas. I used a bout an1”x3” syringe full for the areas. I then weighted the tiles. 24 hours later the floor felt more solid than when it was installed in 2020. I re-grouted the floor and it had been wonderful ever since.I wish I would have gone with Fix a Tile the first time I repaired the floor.
