despite what the images advertise:-the shower handle mount does not hold the handle. The image simply does not match what was delivered. It's a side facing mount that the handle can't hold, it can only barely hold the hose.-the rainfall head is not able to angle anywhere near down when angled upwards-the water pressure isn't great. it advertises that the rainfall head can project the water upwards. I can assure you that it cannot unless you have high water pressure to begin with. At the only angle possible with the maximum raised arm, it's so weak water doesn't come out of at least a quarter of the head-and the regulator is nonsensical as to how to install. the regulator is yellow, but the instructions have it as green, as well as the video. The video tells you to put it above the rainfall head, but the instructions say to put it elsewhere right at the 3 way diverterit does not have a filter container shipped with it, but it was never advertised to have one.The handle is accurately advertised as having a hole to squirt out the top

Get it, if you are hesitant like I was, just get it. You won't regret buying this. The pressure is still amazing, it doesn't leak, and the handheld has so many options. It is also great quality. The instructions are super easy as well, my husband installed it in 15 minutes.

This took maybe 40 minutes to install. If I did it again I could knock it out in 20 I'm sure. I took my time with the instructions and ensuring the teflon tape was well placed, tested, added more tape, etc. until there was no leaking. Warning: Do not use tools with this. It can all be done by hand and add more tape if there's any leaking. I made the mistake of wrapping the head nut in a towel and trying to tighten it more and ended up scuffing some of the black finish off. I'm very upset with myself for this. Don't use tools.The rainfall head is top quality, metal, with rubber water feeder nozzels which should eliminate or reduce the calcium buildup on the nozzels. The handheld head is also great, with a very assuring click as you move it between modes.The powerwash mode is insane. Use that with caution. I'm pretty sure that could put a hole in drywall in seconds but when aimed at tile and grime buildup it's fantastic. Some spots need a little soap/brushing to remove, but it does a great job regardless. It reminded me of those hand-held powerwash hoses for washing your car, the ones that nearly knock you over when you turn it on. Amazing feature.I mounted the handheld washer directly below the center of the rainfall and a few inches above head-level to myself. This allows me to enable the dual-mode where it rainfalls and sprays at the same time, and the combination is perfect to make you feel like you're under a waterfall but also have enough pressure to get shampoo out of hair and such. There are some extra pieces in the box if you want to route the hose to the handheld washer, but I decided not to use these and I let the hose hang free instead.Great purchase! I'll be doing the guest bathroom soon and plan to purchase another. Highly recommend.

We really like this shower head. I can notice a difference in my hair and skin from the filter. The different settings and water pressure is great. The only negative is it pours out a ton of water and isn't water saving friendly. It does have a shut off setting, so many times as I am soaping, I'll shut it off for a minute to save on water.

The only thing I dislike is that it leaks from the top part a little.
