The new and improved Knockaround Fort Knocks are everything you loved about our classic Fort Knocks frame style, only better. These high quality, injection-molded frames now feature recessed gold bar and gold Knockaround logo detailing with hidden spring hinges for a comfortable and durable fit, while providing crucial UV400 protection for your eyes. Inspired by the United States Bullion Depository in Fort Knox, Kentucky, this frame still embodies the classic design, strength, and color that has become synonymous with Knockaround. The polarized lenses considerably reduce glare from surfaces like water, the road, and car windows.

Super incognito to spy on those around you due to lenses
Love these, not only stylish but functional at a down right fantastic price. Like that they have some give to them, so when putting them on doesn't feel like you're going to snap them in half. 10/10 would purchase again.

Love these things
This was my second pair of Knockaround glasses and won't be my last. I wore these things driving, on the boat on the lake and everywhere in between. They are durable, look good and polarized for a really good price. One warning if you like active sports: the glasses have some flexibility at the hinge for the arms and don't grip/squeeze as tightly to your head. I have dropped them off my hat leaning down to pick something up repeatedly. Lost this pair water skiing, but already ordered a replacement set. Knockaround make some other styles that are designed more towards sports and activity that I will try next, but definitely recommend the brand overall.Pro:-Polarized-Lots of colors and style-Good priceCon:-Flexible arms to make them durable can make them slip off easier

Better than the competitors
These are fantastic. Bought these after my Shady Rays were stolen and these are WAY better quality than the Shady Rays.

Solid shades.
This is a good, solid pair of sunglasses for $30. I've paid $20 for other bargain sunglasses that did not have near the same quality fit & feel as these and I've had $200 sunglasses that were close in quality, with few exceptions. The hinges have a strong feel as does the frame. They come with a microfiber carrying pouch that doubles as a lens cleaner. The style is nice for medium to large heads as the item description says. I can attest to this because I have a large head and they fit to my liking. As far as durability, I think if you take care of these like you do your expensive sunglasses I believe they can last quite a while.I see one con with these sunglasses, hence the 4 star rating, and that's the lens tint. The mirroring on the outside of the lens is good, no issue there, however in my experience looking through these lenses the color of the tint is not consistent throughout the lens (i.e. depending on where you look through the lenses while wearing these the tint can go from blu-ish purple to grey or light amber. In my humble opinion, the visual sharpness through the polarized lenses is also not as sharp as you would see through more expensive sunglasses like Maui Jim, but for $30 vs $180 or more, it's an acceptable trade off. Beware of this when buying. If you're looking for a quality pair of sunglasses at a fair price, Knockaround Fort Knocks is a solid choice. 👍🏼

Really prefer Goodr
I decided to try knockaround after my Goodr sunglasses broke after a few years. In comparison these sunglasses are much less likeable. First, the fit is bad. The glasses are very wide and very slippery, I can't use them for running and if I look down they alide around. Secondly, they feel very cheap and the build quality isnt impressive. The flexibility of the springs is too much leading to a bad fit.Wouldn't recommend

Great sunglasses for a great price!
I've had these for a little over 3 years now and they're still like new! I keep them in my truck in a soft case.

Wake up Wirecutter
I decided on these sunglasses after researching several different inexpensive options, focusing mainly on trying to find a durable pair. Wirecutter recommends Goodr sunglasses as their overall pick and I have gone through two pairs of Goodrs following their recommendation; both pairs ended up having one of the arms snap off after only a couple months of use each. To Goodr's credit, they replaced the first pair free of charge, but after the second pair broke the exact same way, I decided it wasn't worth getting a third.By contrast, the Knockarounds have a spring hinge that helps prevent stress on the arms. They're just as stylish (as cheap sunglasses can be), but overall seem a lot more durable. Also, bonus points to Knockaround's marketing for not being nearly as obnoxious as Goodr's.In my opinion, Wirecutter needs to update their recommendation to Knockarounds.
