My mistake I didn’t read properly it’s not a flask cup the lid is open. You can purchase another lid that seas better but still wouldn’t be able to pop in my bag on the go without it spilling so I have return the item. It was a nice product just for fit for my purpose

Very pretty mug. I got the cherry blossom design and it's just as nice as I expected from the picture. I filled my mug with milky tea and left it in a 12degree environment for 90 minutes. The tea was perfect drinking temperature at this time, but if I had left it longer I think it would have cooled down too much for my taste. The mug is begging to be held with two hands, but since it's a thermal design there is no heat transfer to the hands. If holding the cup for prolonged periods, it can be a strain on one hand, because of the wide base and having to extend your natural grip width. The wide base also means this mug won't fit in your car's cup holder. I also found the drinking spout is not as close to the lip as a "normal" mug, i.e. the lid adds quite a bit of depth, and so it's a weird experience drinking from this mug. I'll keep using it, as it does keep the drink warm and I spent money on it, but once this one degrades I will try a different design/brand.
