This product worked great. I like the combination of electrolytes it contains. Good flavor.

I love the salt stick chews, this was my first time tasting the mix and it was very strong. So I will be sticking with the chews. But I know many who love it!

As someone who exercises and runs a lot, hydration is key... and I am always on the lookout for new electrolyte beverages. I had heard good things about SaltStick brand and was curious to try their product. I got the Tart Orange flavor. It comes with 12 packets, so the price per packet is a bit on the high side. On one hand I like that it has no sugar, but I also recognize that having some sugar/carbs can be beneficial for certain activities or scenarios. This stuff tastes nice and has clean ingredients, and it helps me rehydrate well. I am pleased with it.

I much prefer capsules. This has awful taste, and does not dissolve properly in room temperature water.

I have used SaltStick's electrolyte melting tabs before with great results, so I was excited to try this hydration mix. This box includes 12 single-use packets that are perfect to add to any bottle of still water. Unlike some hydration mixes, I did not need to use a blender bottle -- just shaking the water bottle worked well enough to mix in the powder.I live in Florida and attend many music festivals, so I have used many similar packets. I found that this tart orange flavor tastes pleasant compared to most, and is not overly salty-tasting. It also works well for me in terms of enhancing hydration and preventing dehydration in the summer heat.

This is a pretty decent electrolyte drink. I’m active and I sweat a lot so I have had quite a few different electrolyte drinks. This one is about average as far as taste goes. It mixes with water well. And it is a good way to replace what I lose in all the sweat. Recommended!
