You need to get used to it, it feels too fast to start with but once you get used to the speed, it feels alright.the reason I mention this is because I purchased for my spinal disk hernia, and anything too hard or too fast will just shoot into my spinal nerves.The amount of attachments is overwhelming, it is more than you may need. It was purchased for my spinal disk hernia and was giving me a great help. It is nothing like a proper massage however, it helps to relax tense muscles and gives a relief.You won't get a better value for money (purchased for about £25).

Good quality

Looks good. The case keeps everything together and is of good quality. The massager is weighty and looks the business. It arrived with the display showing it had 80% charge. The charge lasted less than 5 minutes. I fully charged it for 8 hours but the indicator never exceeded 90%. The massager does seem to last a good time between charges but ignore the indicator, it is neither accurate nor gives an indication of when it will run out of power. Far better is to listen to the motor noise and when it starts to labour then it's the time to recharge it.Two weeks after purchase and it is starting to get quite noisy. Perhaps a sign of the gears wearing. I don't think I've used it excessively, perhaps 20 minutes per day. I don't expect it to last longer than the Amazon return window but we will see.
