I would like to point out these points1. Received the trolley in broken condition. The packing and the quality of the material used is extremely poor . Secondly, the wood used is local wood and untreated. Prone to termites and borer. Thirdly, I wish I could paste a wheel here. It may be the cheapest one available in the market. Fourthly,the left side is not equal to the right side. Lastly, I did not return the trolley because Amazon says after the sender verifies the material on return, they will give the money. The seller will never accept his product because he has made his money

Excellent product and good finishing

I want the one of the wheels of tbe trolley to be replaced as it is broken .

One leg is broken from the bottom where the wheel is fixed.Wheel alignment is not proper. There is no lock system for rear wheels.Actual color and finishing is not the same as shown in the original pictures.Even I am facing problem with the return and replacement of the trolley.Overall not satisfied with the product after being paid for this.Not recommended to anyone.

We had ordered a drinks trolley. The castors / wheels are found damaged after opening the package. We have tried very hard to return the item, but unfortunately, the “return or replace “ options are not working in the Amazon app.. we need to be very careful before ordering bigger items in this app..!

Quality not at all good even just done varnish in place of polish and too much of sound when rolling it.. balance is also out of all 4 wheels

Spare parts used were not as shown. The wheels didn't have stoppers. Also the package was damaged and one of the poor quality wheels was broken. When called customer care, they told they'll get back and then no response.
