This is a really good product. Looks good and very sturdy if you anchor it down with the provided hardware. It has held up great to several storms and high wind days with no issues. It was easy to put together. Customer service is great. Very helpful and fast response.

Let’s start off with this isn’t a $5,000 gazebo. It’s made of aluminum and polyester. However, for what it is, it’s good for the price.There were a few parts that a small dents, but for the price, it looks pretty good.The instructions aren’t 100% clear. For example, in step 1, I put 2 of the legs together backward. So, they wouldn’t connect in step 2. And not all the parts were labeled, but most were.That all said, it actually goes together pretty easily. I could almost do it myself, but not quite. There were a few times when my son or daughter had to help, but mostly it’s light enough for one person.

Admittedly, I had some trouble in the beginning. It appeared my corners were appropriately oriented, but things either did not fit or holes weren't correctly aligning. I took a breather and approached it the next day. It turns out the corners were NOT positioned correctly! It's very easy to make this mistake, and the instructions are very clear about this.Once Over that hurdle, the rest of the assembly was cake! The gazebo has a quality feel to it. You still have to anchor it, but it's a pretty sturdy structure at this price point.The top is thick polyester that should handle the spring and summer months problem-free. The fit around the corners is nice and tight, giving off a polished, clean look.I'm delighted with the purchase; this product is well-designed and well-priced.If you're looking for a reasonably priced gazebo with good build quality, check this one out!Again, be very mindful of how you connect the corners. I suspect other reviews complaining of things not fitting together made the same blunder I initially did.

Arrived quickly and my son, 14 yo, put it up himself! Looks amazing and decent quality for the rice point. Happy with my purchase.

We purchased this as a permanent shade,, because we live at an RV park and our pop-up canopies were not holding up to the high winds. This is a beautiful gazebo! And we have received so many compliments on how pretty it looks.. It has held up so far to some pretty strong winds and rain. Super sturdy frame.

Went up fairly easy and withstood very strong winds when anchored to the ground. However, the star at the top of the supports where everything connects almost all of the welds have popped as the frame is sort of a hollow pot metal.Are there replacement parts available?

Contacted Happatio Outdoor Patio Gazabo company in search of a part that had broken on my Gazabo , the response was unreal, they contacted me during the day and also in evenings advising that they would do all the could to make things right and they did. My company representative was Evelyn, she was the best, all of my questions and concerns were answered and I had a few ☺️ can't wait to start enjoying my Gazabo with my family and friends againGreat Customer service 👍🏾P. Rain soaked through the canvas and dripped onto the entire patio, so I spent more time and money coating the canvas with Scotchgard.Instructions weren’t structured very well. The first illustration showing the correct and incorrect ways to attach column parts A and B together use the same drawing for both the correct and incorrect ways. Simply labeling which side is the inside of column parts A and B on the part itself would help a lot.
