The holster itself is very sturdy and it also has a retention strap to keep the gen in the holster. While I have not had to pull my gun from the holster with any type of speed, the metal belt clip feels loose. I worry that if I do have to pull my weapon the entire holster will come off the belt clip not just the weapon itself. This will do for now but I will continue to look for something more secure.

Purchased this to upgrade a concealed carry fanny pack. I used some adhesive backed velcro to stick it to the inside of the bag, and it's working out great. If you have higher rear sights, this holster might not work for you, but with Trijicon rears, a compact 1911 fits perfect. Zero vertical movement, so it carries great, and draw is smooth. It has optional hammer loop straps, which will be useful if you decide to use the included belt clip to wear it on your belt. However, the straps are made of elastic material that I believe will become threadbare and fail eventually. The retention strap can be easily upgraded with a pair of snaps, and small strip of leather. The magazine pouch will only fit a compact magazine so if you have an extended mag, the holdown strap won't reach. Because I am using it in a fanny pack, I can piggyback a larger magazine pouch and things are exactly what I need. For me, this holster is almost a perfect fit. The two holdown strap issues are the only things preventing a full 5 start rating.

Just received these, and so far so good. They seem sturdy and well made. I had to cut a stitch to accommodate my compact 9mm pistols, and that went well. Metal clip is strong and inserts easily into the holster, creating, as the seller said, a right-hand IWB / left-hand OWB or vice versa holster, depending on into which side you insert it. Once it's in there, it's not coming out until I want it to. The snap-on elastic retention bands, in two sizes, work very well. No way yet to predict or report on durability, but for the occasional use these will get, I think they're going to be ideal.

SSP365 fits perfect in this. It’s a little bulky to fit INSIDE your jeans so I’ll wear this one on the outside or on a belt. It does come off my work belt sometimes when I’m working on and off the tractor. Also the clip is separate and you have to attach it and it is a BEAR to get on, almost gave up a couple times. It’s separate so you can choose the side of the holster you want to attach it to. Sturdy product.

Very minimal and the clip is pretty much useless. But it is a slim holster and gets the job done. Good value I suppose for 2

It's a simple holster, but works really well. It's got a mag pouch and interchange thumb breaks. The belt clip fits on either side, so it can be used RH or LH draw.No sharp edges or abrasives stitching. Comfortable for IWB carry. Another nice thing I found with this holster is you can secure the weapon in side it an just toss it in your truck counsel or backpack.I'm using it for my Glock 17, Vickers Tactical 9mm
