I bought this for my sister, and she absolutely loves it! She is vegan and she went through and mark the recipes that she wanted to make and it was almost the whole book exclamation points the one she has made so far she has loved! MMMM BEST

Best cookbook i have gotten in a long time
Just 2 weeks after modifyling our diet to include recipies from this book, my blood pressure went from 152/100 to 122/70 and I've lost 12 pounds. A lot of these recipes are so good that you don't miss the carbs. I am a carb junkie, so that says a lot. Dash diet cookbook can save a life..

Better than a diet
I have tried many diets over the years. Dash diet is one that I do not like to think of as a diet. It is more a lifestyle change. I get to eat lots of yummy foods, and this cookbook helped me along the way. I was very backwards in my flavoring. Often resorting to butter, and salt. After just a few of these recipes I was able to use what I learned, and update my favorites into healthier alternatives.

You must try this
Gives you a good general overview of the diet. I especially like how it talks about the different phases in the dash diet and how to follow each phase for the best results. This book covers a lot of bases and talks about exercise as well as meal plans and recipes. It is great for someone that is serious about DASH diet.

Great meals for everyone will like
I was so impressed that this cook book offered recipes that did not need exotic or substitute foods. These are healthy, tasty, and easy to make recipes of food I love to eat. I made the meat loaf, the apple chicken curry

Oh my gosh! Dash diet is delicious
Very nice! Great cookbook! I've made 3 recipes so far and they all turned out great! The recipes are not super easy so if you do not have time then some of the recipes will be difficult although the skills required is low.

Perfect
Love the recipes Lots of variety and not too much information. I lost six pounds tge first two weeks and my bp dropped considerably. 124/73. I still take medication but i hope to stop soon. The dash diet cookbook has been a great partner for me. Recommend completely.

Healthy diet
Every recipe I have tried so far has been excellent. The illustrations are very helpful, showing what the finished meal will look like. The instructions are great for this dash diet cookbook. Healthy and tasty

Best recipes
This book has been so easy to follow and we've been happy with all the recipes we've tried so far. The ingredients are common everyday ones I had in my pantry and that makes it so much easier. My husband and I have both had success on the scale since we've started this and there is no reason why it wouldn't be sustainable after we reach our goal weights.

Better blood pressure values!
I bought thisdash diet cookbook to help me getting my ( too high ) blood pressure under control. Until now I started to follow the breakfast examples. After that I will go on with the more difficult meals. This book is excellent in combination with plant based diet.
