Great
I bought this as a present for my niece. It is a perfect guitar to learn to play. Very beautiful, easy to use.

Impressive
Just don’t expect this to be equivalent to a high quality American made instrument. It fits my 6 year old perfectly and he loves it. The intonation was way off and action needed adjustment. Easy fixes. The amp gets plenty loud enough for him. I like that it doesn’t get super loud actually. It feels like an actual guitar, not a toy. Overall, I couldn’t be happier for the price of this package.

Junk
The only good thing about this product was the color was exactly what I ordered but other than that this thing plays like a cheap Wal-mart ukulele! I bought this for my 6 yr old as a birthday present. She's been showing interest in playing, and I figured a scaled down version would really get the wheel going for her, but after much tinkering with the junk tuners, adjusting the junk bridge, stretching the junk strings I realized this thing was gonna require more attention than what it should. Neck has no finish whatsoever and frets are crude. This thing is essentially useless as a guitar and I've owned and played a lot of cheap guitars in my life, but nothing like this. I might recommend this for a parent who has a toddler who's gonna be banging it off the floor and walls, but that's it.

Good beginner setup for kids
The media could not be loaded. Feel- the fret board is rough but that should be expected. The strings are cheap very flexible almost like ernie ball extra slinky. The body is small for my 9 year old son. Loses tune easily.Sound- buzzing sound coming from the pickups but it's nothing unbearable. The Amp does indeed work and simple to use. It is very delicate, I would suggest buying a separate Amp.Overall- this is a good set for kids getting into music because it forces them into decipline. They will have to work to get their finger placement correct and tune their instrument everytime they take it out the bag. In about 6 months I would do a slight upgrade.

Damaged/Used
**Editing to add that the replacement was delivered 9 days after requesting a replacement. The package was destroyed so I was worried about the guitar. However, it wasn't broken. When we plugged the amp in it didn't work so we thought we'd have to send it back again. Luckily, my husband decided to see if it had a bad fuse or something and when he took the back off the amp he saw that the motherboard wasn't plugged in. He plugged it in and it works fine. It's not the loudest amp but I'm certainly not complaining! It's plenty loud for my almost 7 year old!My son anxiously waited several days for his guitar to be delivered. It came today and not only was it used, the amp doesn't work. The box had CLEARLY been opened, the styrofoam was broken and all over the guitar and amp and something sticky is on the amp, guitar bag, and bottom of the guitar.I'm hoping the replacement is new and works, especially since my son used his own money to buy it!

Not bad for the price! Just arrived today.
The media could not be loaded. I thought I’d show the concerned parents that might think this could be a waste of money, I but I think it has good value for the price. I have the guitar plugged into the amp that came with it. But hold the bus…what is with the pre-destroyed-gig bag???I’ll post another video once I have the intonation set up and the tuners tightened up more.So you probably should take this to a guitar shop and have it set up better.Oh, and don’t forget to stretch the strings!Out of the box, this little guitar will go out of tune a lot, but I’ll report on that more later.
