4.9 inches Mini Heat Powered Stove Fan For Small Space Wood/Log Burner/Fireplace - Eco Friendly(Black)

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this to use on my cubic mini cub stove in my camper. The camper is uninsulated and has a high ceiling, and I would get extreme stratification - frozen toes and sweltering head. This little guy fits the tiny stovetop nicely and moves a significant amount of air, the stratification is gone, and I get less condensation in the cold corners. My toes and head are happy. It does make a bit of noise when the stove is hot, an unavoidable side effect of using a smaller fan at higher RPMs. It’s not bad though. I’ll update if/when it dies, but a month in, I say it was a very worthwhile purchase.

This is a slick little fan and it does work wonderfully. This one has developed a little tick or slight noise. The other one I have is dead silent. Overall though awesome product for the price and service was very good!

Does not work

We have placed this on our 3KW Burley stove in an effort to more evenly heat our house and it has made a significant difference to the heat distribution in our living room. Prior to buying this it would take a while to heat the room as warm air would rise up the chimney stack before circulating in a convection current. This changes the heating dynamics and forces far more warm air into the direction of the room and as such heats the room far more quickly. We had struggled with 'cold spots' in the corners of the room but now the whole room is evenly and equally warm. Very impressed with such a noticeable difference from such a small fan. When it's running it does make a small whirring sound but it is absolutely not the 'swarm of bees' that other reviews state. It's such a small noise that the TV and general conversation easily drowns it out and we don't even notice the sound - much like a ticking clock. It's built robustly and works flawlessly. Highly recommended for the price we paid.

Very sceptical to the claims made by some manufacturers given that we have three wood burners each with a fan on top. This little thing is by far the best (and the cheapest) fan we have ever owned. Plonked it inside our gap of 145 mm max height and within three minutes it was spinning very fast, it is well built, heavy and almost silent in operation. There was a marked difference on the side where the fan was, holding my hand away from the stone surround it got very hot indeed. This isn’t a heat generating fan, it simply pushes warm air out so I left off the heat output option. Within 30 minutes the lounge was a very toasty 27c. I’ve just ordered another for the right hand side of the stove 😊😅

I bought this device to direct the heat from our stove directly to where we sit. It is self powered and does what it says on the box! I would recommend this fan. It is excellent!
