One of the best, highly recommended, melt in your mouth cookies. The exterior of these cookies are a wee bit hard and a crunchy bite but once it enters the mouth it dissolves completely and you won't be able to stop at one, I'm sure. Extremely addictive and pleasant nutritious and high fibre treats.
