This was the perfect buy for me. Both my wife and I love it. There have been some negative reviews about installation. However my product came with the correct conical washer in place and a new instruction sheet with a few modifications on it. I was able to hand tighten the connections on the water line tee and there were no leaks. Of course you need an electric outlet nearby. For me, installation was less than 10 minutes. There is plenty of warm water for the two of us. The ability to control position, pressure, temperature, oscillation of wand, and pulsating pressure are all very useful. The blow dryer is nice but will not completely dry you off. The warm seat is nice also.

I was at an upscale rental recently, and the mb had this Toto Washlet C200. It was amazing! I did my due diligence in researching all of the major manufacturers and their options, within my budget. Options offered within said budget, the strength of the company, the customer reviews would have been enough for me to choose this company and this particular model.I discovered that Toto is the global leader of this industry, and I had actually used this for a 7 day period previously, and the reviews and what it delivered were great (when you sift through the 'whys' regarding the negative reviews) is why I ended up choosing this. Toto must have listened to some of the very legitimate complaints, because the T connector is now in plastic (as per the previous 1* and awesome review!), and no extra anything is needed to get and keep this beauty up and running beautifully. Well, except for an extension cord for some of us. Only 3 feet of cord, coming off of the back left side (when you're facing the toilet). So I went to the local hardware store and purchased a 6ft 'appliance' extension cord. Perfect! 6' is the shortest available for an appliance extension cord, which is what you will need, NOT a regular extension cord. If my bathroom were configured differently, and the wall outlet was on the same side as where the power cord comes out of the toilet lid, then I woudn't have needed the extension cord. I am not technologically inclined, AT ALL, and found this toilet seat lid super easy to install. I watched a YouTube video first, and that was very helpful. Turn off the shut off valve to your toilet (righty tighty - lefty loosey) - yes, you need a shut off valve already installed -, thread the T connector properly connecting the outflow from the shut off valve to the intake for the tank itself, open up the shut off valve, then plug your unit into the wall. I would wait for a while before first use, because it will take time for the water to heat up, otherwise the water will be very cold and thus very unpleasant. Speaking from experience here! I've been using this for about 10 days now, and it's a completely different experience. It makes one feel very clean and refreshed. There is a remote control, and can be programmed for two users. The remote is what controls everything. Once you find the perfect setting for yourself, you lock it in. But I found that this pre programming for a specific user does not include the oscillation. You will need to press that button manually after your cycle begins. The warm water lasts longer that I would have thought. There is also a built in blow dryer, helpful but doesn't complete the job. I've turned off my heated seat, until winter time. The fan that begins when pressure is put on the lid is not loud nor obnoxious either. I am very sensitive to noise, and this Toto Washlet is in my half bath, and very tiny room. This fan is for the odor control, and it really does work. Another amazing benefit for sure! I am absolutely thrilled with this purchase, and cannot imagine not having one in my home for the rest of my life. Seriously!

This is a revised model of the version we purchased 20 years ago. The controller is more modern, the seat sensor is a pressure sensor, rather than an infrared sensor, and the device sprays the side of the bowl upon seating. This reduces the likelihood of having to brush the bowl afterward. One drawback for the tropics: the seat heater is on. Installation is simple, but one design change perplexed me. The rim of the seat leaves an inch of the front of the porcelain toilet bowl exposed. That is, the seat is a bit more elongated than the prior model, even though I ordered a "round" seat. But nothing bad has happened so far. Our past experience is heartening: 20 years without repair for an electronic device. Try getting that on a coffee maker.

Hello sweet cheeks, as some others have mentioned, the fit on a "Standard" round bowl is a bit off. I'm bummed out, but not pissed off. Decided I'm just gonna roll with it. The features are really nice, especially the seat warmer and the energy saver function. Would have given it 5 stars if the fit was better.

The first bidet we received wasn't working correctly. The wand was not retracting. After a phone call to Toto explaining the issue, they immediately sent a new bidet. No arguments or attempts at fixing the issue. With a lovely heated seat, warm water and a remote control, the bidet works well for everyone. Toto is a responsive company and I would recommend their products to anyone.
