I have installed eight of these so far and all have worked very well right out of the box. I adjusted the sensitivity of every one of them to make them slightly more sensitive, and every one of them has worked flawlessly. I made sure to Teflon tape every connection and so far I have no leaks. I am very happy with these products.

Update: since leaving this review the company has reached out to me by email the last 3 days starting 3/20/23 asking me to remove my review and they would compensate me a $20 Amazon gift card. I don’t feel it appropriate to have me remove my review as stated below it lacked pressure control and didn’t stay on more than 3 seconds with your hands not being there. This is important info for other buyers hence the reason reviews are left on products.We bought this faucet for our kids bathroom. We did return it the water pressure was just to much and even with having the valve almost off it was still very forceful and got water everywhere which was counter productive for what we were going for. It also only stayed on about 3 seconds if you weren’t actively moving your hands right in front of the sensor.

The media could not be loaded.  We were looking for a luxury look faucet as we remodeled the entire home. All three bathrooms including the half bath got the same fixture. Once the cabinets and the stone was in place this faucet was the extra point for the look we wanted. The best thing is that it doesn’t require electric outlet underneath the sink as it runs with batteries the sensor. All bathrooms now have this sensor faucet feature as we are done paying for high water bills, wasted water and it looks beautiful 😍 Even the contractor loved it especially for that price.

This is one of those products that most people either love it or hate it. There are many places and situations that this can be a wonderful upgrade to the home. In other areas, it can be a nightmare.Case in point...I decided to install this in one of the bathrooms that the very young grandkids use when they come over. I thought it would be great, let the kidlets wash their hands without adult interference. It installed fairly easily and was working exactly as described. Then I brought in the neighbor’s test subjects, a 2 year old and a 5 year old. After about 10 seconds of instruction we let them at it. It did startle them at first, but then it became a wonderful game of “kid magic”. MAKE THE WATER COME ON! WATCH IT GO OFF! On! Off! On! Off! On! Off! On! Off! After about a minute I realized I’d made a terrible mistake. This isn’t the faucet’s problem, it is humans.So, if you like the automatic, non-touch faucets in public restrooms, you’ll love this. If you have toddlers you’ll hate it and go broke from a combination of water bills and the probable flooding of the bathroom when the kidlets stuff things in the drain to allow them to make a sinklake.I still give this 5 stars.Note: I have been an Amazon customer for almost 20 years. The control box seems to be defective. When all water/electrical connections are made and the water supply turned on, water streams from the faucet at full strength. When the motion sensor detects motion, an audible "click" can be heard from the control box but the water continues to flow. After a timeout period, the flow of water will suddenly drop around 75% but then continues to run.
