Charging instructions are strange, requiring many hours for full charge. We’re not plugged into the cord. There was a rattle inside of the product when used it was not a smooth feeling extremely prickly on very low settings. I don’t think it will stand up to the use required to get the effects desired.

I used it just once! Didnt buy it here but from high end dept store. The device shot a current through my face that made my teeth hurt! No way could I use this device without painful feelings. I cant say it will happen to all people but that surge of electricity through my jaw was enough to make me return it! The store gave me a hard time about it but the salesgirl to.d me it was returnable when I bought it! They gave in. The good thing a out buying on Amazon is they will refund you no problem!

Item was used- package had been opened. And the cord that was sent was completely wrong, didn’t fit. Plus item pictured was not what I received. HORRIBLE!

Is not a good product at all I want my money back

Does not work / wouldn’t even come on - blue light comes on and just beeps

I charged it for 2 hours. No red like came on. Tried the device multiple times and never turns on. I get a blue light but the device doesn’t work. Extremely disappointed

Felt like the product was a used/returned item. Nothing in the box except the machine and packaging around it...no charger, no pamphlet with instructions, and no storage bag.

Used it 3 times; now won’t recharge with included USB cable. Useless. Don’t buy.
