I’ve been taking this quercetin supplement for a few weeks, and the difference is noticeable. My energy levels are up, and I feel more alert throughout the day. I’ve experienced less joint pain, especially during my workouts.

I hope they will do me good have only been taking them for 3 weeks

This product gives me a lot of energy. Really good pick me up for just before the mestrual cycle when one feels less than energetic. I take it with zinc and NAC. Sometimes it guves too much energy!

The photo shows the actual capsule at the left. The capsule to the right is the standard 500mg capsule for comparison. There is no way this product is 500mg as labelled. May be 150mg? This is a fraud.

I work out at least five or six days weekly and have an advanced HIIT training regimen. But a few weeks back, my knees started aching quite intensely. I continued with my exercising daily, but I could feel pain during and after. I have read several good reviews on this product and decided to try it, especially since it is natural, non-GMO, and entirely vegan. Turmeric and ginger are precious anti-inflammatories, ingredients that I have used before with many beneficial effects.Quercetin, a plant pigment, is a potent antioxidant flavonoid, more specifically a flavonol, and is found mainly in onions, grapes, berries, cherries, broccoli, and citrus fruits. It is a versatile antioxidant with protective abilities against tissue injury induced by various drug toxicities. It protects neuronal cells from oxidative stress induced by different chemicals. Quercetin improves memory, learning, and cognitive functions, and all these effects are associated with its antioxidant properties.The supplement targets inflammation in the body while strengthening the immune system and energy levels. It contains vitamin C, a well-known antioxidant and immune booster. Moreover, there are other plant extracts, such as rosehip and bromelain – extracted from pineapple. For optimal absorption, black pepper was used in the supplement mix.I was pleasantly surprised by how tiny the capsules are and beyond easy to swallow. I also take a specially formulated debloating powder that contains turmeric and ginger, so I am getting more of these great ingredients. I take one capsule daily with breakfast. Since starting to take the Quercetin, my knees are not painful anymore. I still hear them click sometimes, but I have less discomfort during training. I partly attribute this to the larger quantity of turmeric consumed daily.It is my first Quercetin supplement, and I can only score it based on its effects on my knee pain and clicking due to strenuous exercising. It has had beneficial results on my body, and I am happy to continue taking it!

There are 60 capsules in the bottle, good for two months if you are taking 500mg of Quercetin a day. Each capsule of this Quercetin complex contains 500mg Quercetin and an array of other ingredients.These capsules are half the size of normal capsule makes them very easy to swallow.A good 22 months shelf life.There are a few things I am concerned with:1. Vitamin C amount is 135mg according to one of the listing photos, but only 48.5mg on the label2. It says 'Veg capsule' but not 'Vegan', I am a Vegan and I am not sure I should be taking these3. The seal broke when pulling it out with my fingers, had to use a screw driver to open itShopping around Amazon, if you only need Quercetin and Bromelain, there are much cheaper options out there either with higher dosage or more quantity for the same price, but it is hard to make a direct comparison as this is a complex formula, still it would seem quite expensive for 60 counts of 500mg Quercetin.

These arrived in a sealed branded container.I suffer from lower back and hip pain so I'm always trying to find an alternative to prescribed meds.I've been taking these as instructed for a couple of weeks.The problems I have I've had for many years and I also chronic pain, so it's very difficult to know if something is actually working. I'm still working part time but I'm in pain of some level at all times, work makes it worse and I do have very strong pain killers that I have to rely on to get me through a work day.It's hard to know if these are actually helping as I'm never going to be pain free but as long as I don't feel worse then I like to tell myself that they are helping me as I may have been in more pain if I hadn't been taking them.From everything it days on the listing and the reviews, I'm going to stick with the belief that they are helping.

At £14 for 60 capsules, these work out to 23p/capsule, providing 500mg of Quercetin per capsule alongside some bioavailability enhancers.For the most part, Quercetin has low oral bioavailability and few effects in humans by itself, however it is quite effective at increasing the bioavailability of other molecules, such as Resveratrol from the skin of some berries and Catechins from green tea. So, taking it along with various other foods and supplements each day is usually the most effective way to take it.It is also being investigated as a potential Senolytic, alongside Dasatinib, where it may increase the clearance of senescent cells. This may mean that it may help to lower chronic inflammatory factors and may contribute to increased healthspan and lifespan. These are very early in the research cycle however, but there is promising evidence thus far.It is difficult to say exactly how effective this is, however, some of the research is quite convincing, enough so that I am taking this daily alongside my morning supplement breakfast.The price is OK for the dosage but there are definitely other brands out there which offer better value for money.This is definitely a good quality product, but the price just doesn't suit my needs.
