I’m very happy with this Dell Chromebook! It’s lightweight, fast, and the touchscreen is very responsive. The battery lasts a long time, which makes it perfect for work, school, or travel. It’s easy to use and the setup was quick. The screen is clear and the keyboard is comfortable to type on. I would definitely recommend this Chromebook to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable laptop.

This is a preliminary review only but the refreshed chromebook sent, though somewhat functional, is absolute garbage. Much older processor than what was listed, 2GB of capacity instead of 16. Refresh job is amateur at best and it smells like burning plastic. Will update my review if the replacement is what was advertised.UPDATE - quickly received the replacement and was really disappointed to find that they had sent the exact same thing. Customer service stated that they were unable to offer a replacement as this was the second claim on the same order. The CSR was kind and empathetic but what the actual fictitious nonsense, Amazon? No, I don't expect anything like a new Chromebook, but I do expect Amazon to honor their advertisement and send the product that's advertised without a broken case covered in obnoxiously smelly vinyl stickers to cover it up. At least it turned on, I suppose.

Bought this for our 6th grader to use at school. He isn't super responsible so it has been sturdy enough to be dropped a couple of times.

If you can get past the small size (11"), this Chromebook is a good buy. The keyboard doesn't feel cramped at all, screen is fine for work/web/videos and the sound is good and made better with headphones. But it's *alarmingly* slow. Pages often time out before loading, and I'm spending a lot of time hitting the Refresh button. For a newer Chromebook, and a Dell at that, this is a surprise! I have a truly ancient Dell Latitude laptop running Windows XP that can do some things faster than this, and every other laptop or tablet I've used here has been quick to get up and at 'em, so it's not the fault of my internet connection. This works out OK for me as I'd rather be online less overall, but if you need to be plugged in, something a bit faster might be better for your needs.

This is best value for money the battery lasts all day and it came well packaged works well with the apps installed the screen quality is top tier it works well with the internet and its very fast and it came in a decent size I really like it and would purchase again

This was marketed as 'Refurbished - Excellent". The screen has permanent & visible scratches, which does not equate to "Excellent".Also, the laptop arrived in a thin cardboard box, with one layer of thin bubble wrap. Nothing else in the box whatsoever. Most importantly, there was no charger and no cable. I had to go to Target and purchase a charger & cable, which was an additional expense of $40.I expected a charger and cable to come with this laptop, per the Amazon Renewed written pledge:"All Amazon Renewed purchases will come with accessories equivalent to those that shipped in the box when new. These items may not be original but will be compatible and fully functional."You might say, "What did you expect for $65?" The answer is, "I expected to receive what was advertised for $65".Regardless, the laptop seems to be functioning well and does all that I need it to do.

So last night I was looking at this Chromebook and read the reviews, and at first I was skeptical. However, I recieved it this morning and was advertised. Touchscreen works fine. Keyboard is in working condition. For the price and under 90.00 is perfect for what I needed this for.I felt I needed to post on here for others just in case you needed a newer review, and for the price it can't be beat. Also what made me do it was the fact if you don't like it you can return it. I came in not expecting a lot, and with that in mind ended out being perfect. Just a minor scratch on the lower right hand corner, but nothing to sweat over for sure.
