Cordless FTW
I should have bought one sooner. I have used a wired drill for the past 10 years and it recently failed. I thought I would try a cordless drill as I already have 2 batteries for this brand. its great. I can get through brick easier. I have been redoing fixtures around the house and for my family. have not yet had to recharge the battery.

The SDS Is Not For Normal SDS Bits - It requires SDS Quick Bits (Smaller & Shorter)
Ok lets start with the basics of this unit.... It is a cordless sds hammer drill with inter changeable screw type chuck for screw driving ect.The drill is well made and has a fair amount of power suitable for most D.I.Y work. But I felt let down with its size (Small) and the fact that the SDS is not for normal SDS bits but for a new standard called SDS quick (Smaller Than SDS) which means that this tool will never be able to drill through both sides of a cavity wall or drill large holes in masonry, Just because the bits are not available. Also the screw driver/wood drill chuck plugs into the SDS quick chuck as an extension and are not inter changeable as on other Bosch models. So if all you want is a cordless hammer drill for punching holes for rawl plugs then this is the dude. But if on occasion you might need to do something a little more heavy duty then buy something else that takes normal SDS bits.Update for ALL of these Bosch Power 4 all Cordless Products. The actual batteries for these are absolute crap !I hardly use my power tools and have probably never charged any of them more than 25-30 times since new but they get weaker and weaker each time I do.. Now 10 mins max of sanding drilling or jigsaw and its dead. stay clear unless they announce a product correction.

The Best Drill I've Ever Had!
This is my second one, the first one is still going strong and I'm still using day in day out on a professional basis. This tool is meant for DIY and occasional use but I bought it for its amazing power and light weight. I hoped it might last a year or so... well its now been drilling holes in a variety of masonry on a daily basis for FIVE years and still continues to do so in exactly the same way as it did on day one. I've bought another to keep as a spare ready to go if and when the original packs in, I couldn't be without one. This tool makes drilling and plugging in a variety of masonry materials childs play. If you want to drill all the way through a wall, this tool is not for you, it DOES NOT take standard SDS PLUS drill bits, it uses Bosch SDS Quick drill bits which are designed for drilling and plugging. They are cheap to buy on Amazon and they last and last and last. Its also worth mentioning that this drill also takes hex shank drill and screwdriver bits so you can switch off the hammer and drill wood, plastic and steel or use it as a screwdriver. It's a great little tool.

Does the job
Needed a hammer drill to fit a power transformer to an external wall. Very easy to set up and can also be transformed into a regular non-SDS style fitting for regular drywall drilling.

Lightweight but powerful
Not as powerful as a mains powered one, but still managed to scrape off old plaster using the roto stop feature, and drill holes in blockwork without arm strain. Especially useful when working up a ladder.

Handy for the odd job around the house.
Handy drill, way better than the hammer function on the PSB Li-2. I found that the SDS-Quick is a bit limited but you can use the Supplied chuck to use normal drill bits. I have drilled up to 18mm through brick with this drill.

With defect
Once installed the keyed chunk, there was no way to remove it from the tool. The keyed chunk wore out after 5 times use, and it was detached from rod. The rod remained in the locking sleeve and there was no way to get rid of it.

Hammer on
I needed a hammer drill to really vibrate the hell out of some annoying bolts. It certainly hammered away with all its might.Result....nut removedWas it worth it? Maybe when i come across another annoying nut or if i need to randomly drill holes into concrete. So far it has just been the nut.Two thumbs up!
