Horrible!!!! The screw on the base, bottom of the right side of the scooter fell off. Now without the screw to hold the lever in place the scooter collapses making it unsafe and impossible to ride. Tried to get a replacement part. The only way to get in touch with the mfr was via email. NO TELEPHONE NUMBER. Only to be told they dont send replacement parts but I could repurchase the scooter for half off. My daughter had the scooter only 2 months when this happened. Poor customer service from the manufacturer. Amazon rep was great in providing a resolution, but its horrible that they couldnt even contact the manufacturer on my behalf
