Very sturdy and weld quality looks good so I believe they will stand up over time.Things to note:1. Unfortunately they came with gold screws which stand out and would have to be painted. If you don't match up the colour exactly, that will stand out. The screws also didn't grab well in the wood and tended to spin. There are 7-8 of them on the end of each beam so overall they would hold but they definitely won't stop slight movement which over time will increase as the screws loosen. We had to buy two other brackets from another manufacturer/supplier due to a different beam configuration. Those brackets came with matching black screws that were larger and secured nice and tight. So we're looking to replace the small gold ones immediately.2. The bases also have a solid bottom so water will collect in them. I'll. be running a bead of clear silicone around the edge to prevent/minimize this.3. Top corner brackets have two open ends on the vertical section. This can be a pro or con depending on your design. Keep this in mind when you are assembling; if you want the top of your beam flush then I'd suggest attaching it before raising the beam so it doesn't slide down, or it would require two people to secure flush if the beam is already raised...

The weldings are rusting after only a few weeks outside.
