Freezing box
The remote looks nice android feels like soft. But the box freezes so much I thought it was just my luck and I got a bad box but since I brought 2 the other did the same thing. My M9c box is flawless. I have the Comcast blast package so my internet is fine. I figured the box had 2GB it would run smoothly but silly me. I wouldn't purchase this product again.

Item came was different than one shown in ad and remote doesn't work
The remote stopped working shortly after I got it plugged in. Now I have to try to get a replacement remote or whole box? Not real pleased with that. Item does appear to have the same specifications as the one advertised.

Terrible product!
I purchased this product for my 82 year-old mother who was coming to visit from California. I did not take it out of the package until 10/20 to set up for her. After using for one day, it now just flashes “Android” and won’t work. Unfortunately, it’s too late for me to return. Don’t buy!

worst box ever. constantly buffers and becomes extremely annoying when trying to watch something. you end up missing parts of what you're watching.

Test your speed before buying
You need 10 megs as download speed for it to work. If you don't have that the movie does a lot of buffering and is impossible to watch
