Solid. Appears to be great value.
Well made, and appears to be pretty durable. Straps and buckles are solid. Has small bino retaining straps that come off of the main strap to hold the binos and it works perfectly. I like the closure mechanism which is easy to open and latch back closed. I like that the back X is not overly large. It's big enough to be comfortable but small enough that it doesn't create a large hot spot on my back. It also doesn't get in the way of my pack and chafe like the other brands that have the HUGE X on the back. The accessory pocket on one side is nice, but it's a bit small. My tiny wind indicator bottle (Primos) BARELY fits in there. My ONE complaint, which is minimal, is that when the top is cinched down it makes the sides of the case bend outward a little which creates a small gap on each side of the case where the top flap doesnt cover. It the flap was 1/4" wider this wouldn't be an issue at all. It might be different with larger binos than mine. I've got Steiner 10x42 Merlin binos. They fit perfectly in the case. Very happy overall.EDIT** - After using the bino case for about 8 solid days of archery hunting I've got some additional thoughts about this bino case. It's loud... LOUD. Opening it isn't so bad. But you have to be pretty slow and deliberate to keep it from making noise. Hold the flap tight because if you let it go it flops down and the plastic on the elastic slaps and makes a loud thump. The material scraping on brush of any kind is horribly loud and unnatural. It's hot. When the weather is nice and the temps are up I'd go with just a X strap and leave the case. It holds a lot of heat in. When it's cold and bad weather it wouldn't be an issue. I'm still happy with it. I'll just change the way I use it. I'll use it for rifle hunting, but not archery.

Great value.
I don't know how I hunted or shot archery without this product! Not as cushy as some of the other brands, but it's very well made, and very comfortable when wore over clothing.Used this product while climbing around PA mountains stalking super sneaky bucks.

This is a pretty well thought out and implemented bino case
This is a pretty well thought out and implemented bino case. Lots of adjustments possible, including the length of the straps going to the binoculars. As others have mentioned, the closure system is a mystery. The shock cord is far too long to be effective. There are lots of ways attach things to this pack. I used zip ties to attach a neoprene rangefinder case to the side. Then I also attached a large magnet to the side cinch strap (wrapped the magnet in gorilla tape, then put holes through the gorilla tape and zip-tied it to the strap so I could still adjust the strap). I just repurposed the magnet and steel plate from a car phone mount kit I wasn't using. This lets me quickly attach the rangefinder to my waist at times when I don't want to mess with getting the RF back in its case.Putting it on, with the binocs in, is a little clumsy as the weight of the binocs wants to pull everything down. What I learned is to leave one side clipped and put your arm through that side first and then just clip the other side. Not a big deal. Having clips on top may have improved this process, but because of the adjustment straps for the binoculars themselves, this probably wasn't an option. Also, the attachment points for the top straps keep you from folding the cover back easily (if you want to keep it open for a while). You can still do it, but it's pretty bunched up. Moving the attachment points more to the outside edges would have allowed for this better, but again I'm guessing it would have affected something else negatively. I guess if an animal is far enough away to need binoculars, they're probably not going to notice if you're flipping a cover on your case to put your binos away. The materials are very heavy duty. Noise is a bit of a concern, as brushing against any portion of the case will not be silent. But it's position on your chest shouldn't really make that an issue. I can't comment on its water-shedding properties yet. Before this I just used a harness, and the binos would get rain, snow, pine needles, dust, etc., on them, so this should be a marked improvement even if not completely water-proof.I haven't used it hunting yet but have done a lot of (bow) shooting with it on. It does not interfere with my draw. Just make sure you don't have any loose straps sticking up. They provide elastic wraps to keep loose ends neatly stored. This harness seems to be completely identical to the other ALPS harness, except for the RMEF logo on the front.

Nikon Monarchs are a tight fit.
I'm very torn if I want to give these a three star (it's okay) or a four star (I like it) rating. I'm going with the four star for now, because they do seem like a decent harness, and I'm just carrying around giant binoculars. They have been comfortable to wear so far, though we'll see how they do with a longer trek in the field. They certainly are adjustable enough that I think they'll work for both my husband (6'3") and me (5'0").I'm somewhat disappointed in the size of the binocular pouch. I did not see a size listed when I ordered them , but now see a question above regarding the size has been answered by the manufacturer--I may not have bought them if I had seen that answer (I never trust the product dimensions, because sometimes that's the packaging size, but in this case it is apparently the size of the pouch not the box they were stuffed into). I have a pair of 8.5x56 Nikon Monarch binoculars and it is a very tight fit. See the images: you can see how stretched the fastener loop is, and how the flap does not cover the whole binoculars. I'm not going to pay to ship these back, they'll just have to do, and I do think they'll work better than having the binoculars flopping about while hunting.

Great product.
Bought this case based on a video review that was posted. I am so glad I did. This is an AWESOME case with nice features. It holds my Burris 12x50 HDs perfectly. The build in strap for the Binoculars make it a step better & the pocket is nicely lined and protected. It also holds my Range Finder with ease. Everything is easy access and quiet to get to. Fully adjustable to put them where you want them. I’m a larger guy that wears a XXL jacket. These adjusted for me with no problems.

Great product.
These are strong and comfortable. Fits my mid sized zeiss binoculars perfectly. The extra storage works for my windage bottle.

Excellent Product
Completely happy with this case. I have Leupold BX-4 pro-guide 10x42 binos that fit in there with ease. I bought a second case for my wife and another as a birthday present for my hunting buddy I was so happy with it.
