The flosser was ok while it was working. It has stopped working in less than one year. I've bought it for travelling, so, in reality, it did work for about 30 days total. Now it takes charge, produces some noise, but no water come from it. I have contacted the ENPULY Direct asking them to replace the item that are still under the 15 months warranty that stated in flosser description. They said, that there is no such warranty. Not recommended.UPDATE: After a couple of messages back and force, seller has agreed to issue a refund. Adding one more star for that.

Good for for the money being less than half the price of the big competitor, and it worked well for 5 months, with great pressure adjustment. I charged it about once a week when it indicated it was getting low. Then the battery stopped taking a charge. That happens, not all batteries are "better than average."Because it's under its 1 year warranty, I wrote to the company yesterday, and had a photo and video of it not working.The ENPULY people had a replacement at my door two days later. THAT is fantastic service, and something not seen too often these days-a company standing behind their warranty! A battery should last more than 5 months!It holds just enough water for cleaning inside and outside of my teeth, and the power of the water is fine. Do not get a water flosser with less than 300 mls, or you'll be filling it twice for each session, and tossing it to buy a 300 ml flosser like this one.

I have had several water flosses in the past, this is as good as any of them at the cleaning part. I like how this one charges via USB-C so you don't have to fuss with charger cord orientation, that being said, this does make it need a plug to protect those electrical contacts. Biggest annoyance is that you have to press the start button twice to turn it on, where there is a short half second delay before it turns on. Not sure why this thing needs "boot time"....

It worked well for 11 months, then there was no sound or movement of water (only lights). I used it 2 to 3 times a week, because I have a different one that I feel more comfortable using, because it is not as powerful,.

Used it alot till I killed it. I used it cuz I hate dental floss. Would buy again.
