Detailed Book to customize Bootstrap 5 to a great extent
Review of The missing Bootstrap 5 guide by Jeppe Schaumburg JensenPros:-This book deeply explains to the reader the various methods available to customize bootstrap to a very great extent. The author also covers Syntactically Awesome Style Sheets (SASS) Pre-processor along with bootstrap with the help of which bootstrap css can be customized.Various code examples along with links to GitHub repo(s) are an additional plus for readers wanting to see the result in an actual browser.Customizing Bootstrap elements like cards, breadcrumbs, carousels, etc, has been explained in detail as individual elements require different approaches to customize more uniquely. This book covers concepts of responsive design and creating unique-looking websites using bootstrap 5 along with Javascript interactive features which are present in bootstrap and various ways to customize that as well. There is an entire section covering Customizing the Website Using Bootstrap 5 Variables, Utility API, and Sass which I have never used before personally, and I feel intrigued. This book also covers optimizing Bootstrap by minifying the compiled css and bundled javascript which is a very crucial feature to make the websites very fast to load in browsers and boosts the UX of the website to a great extent.Cons:-Personal opinion: It would be so nice if the author would have included Bootstrap Basics along with this book so that it might cover a wide range of audiences.Normally I have seen other developers use bootstrap when they want to see a quick result/Layout in a big project while there are very few customizing bootstrap styles.I would rate it 8/10 for this book because basics are missing/not covered but other than that If a person wants to customize bootstrap this book is definitely a heaven in paradise for you, Just go for it worth all your time and money.

Go for It
This book is so nice for bootstrap 5, and little bit of bootstrap knowledge and HTML knowledge required, and the best teacher for me (Jeppe Schaumburg Jensen), I has his course on bootstrap 4, and now this book is very useful for latest tech learn.

Learn how to take Bootstrap and make it your own!
On one hand, I don't agree with the criticism about Bootstrap making sites and apps all look the same. It makes sense to provide users with an experience they are familiar with and happy with. Where it would be nice is if it was easier to bring Bootstrap closer to your brand and design. It would also be nice to make it easier to speed up things by reducing the size of the CSS and JavaScript to cover only what you use.Tailwind CSS is becoming popular because it makes these things easier. Read this book and find out how you can do much the same with Bootstrap 5!

Do not buy, only badly covers Saas and mainly prinouts of examples
I am an experienced software developer, but new to Bootstrap. The online Bootstrap documentation is good but I was looking for a book that give me a better in depth understanding, and was eagerly anticipating a new Bootstrap 5 book, but this book is not what i was looking for.First it only covers saas, secondly it does this badly. There is almost no explanation of how things work, just directions along the lines of copy this, write that and there is a huge numbers of page that are just printouts of example css. Most farcically in chapter 4 Global Options and Colours are screenshots showing the standard bootstrap colours and how they canbe changed after modifying the saas, but since they are printed in back and white the images are totally pointless.I notice in his biography the author describes himself as an online instructor, and it seems that he has taken an online course and printed it out as a book, that is no good. I was looking for a book about a subject not an online course.
