I like that it’s small and not bulky. Fits the keys very well and it was super easy to get set up. It’s good quality and definitely has been a game changer.

My husband had a medical emergency when I was out of town and couldn’t get to the door so we needed this so people can get in to help him if it should happen again. We bought a Life Alert and this key box. This key box is very sturdy, easy to install, and the password was easy to program..

I bought and am currently using this lockbox so contractors can finish working on my home. So far it has proven secure and incredibly helpful. I'm not 100% convinced the body of the key receptacle is a strong as it could be, the walls feel fairly thin, but the entire piece is holding up well. Haven't subjected it to any intense scrutiny, maybe once it isn't needed any longer. The fast approaching Texas "spring" will definitely give the lockbox a run for its money, we shall see. Update possible

Great lockbox for when you’re away or need to put a spare set of keys somewhere. Lower profile than most and less obvious. I also like that you can set you’re own combo.

I set this up for a FSBO at my home. I was hesitant at first, from the mixed reviews, but it was reasonably priced and looked like it had good capacity. I read the directions that came with it, followed them (not difficult), and set my combo. One of the reasons I chose this one was the ability to change combos; very important when using a lockbox. I will change frequently if needed.It was easy for the agent to use; I did mark the location of the pin (where you should look for the numbers) with a pink wax marker to make sure she was doing it right. Otherwise it would be confusing; it’s right on the side, and there’s a subtle raised black mark, but it’s subtle. Pink marker made it un-subtle, and it all went smoothly from there. She did say she had trouble locking it back, but I didn’t have any trouble when I tried. In my experience, realtors are careless about putting things back with any lockbox. I found this out with my agent’s box in another sale, when the viewing agents would forget to put the plate back securely, or would not spin the dials afterward, or wouldn’t even bother to lock the door on their way out. So, I don’t take her complaint seriously, especially after I did it myself with zero issues.It didn’t fit my key on a chain. I was surprised, since it says it has more capacity. I put the key onto a smaller keychain, and it worked; I think keys on chains are easier to grip and use, but if you want to leave bare keys, it should hold at least three.Try it. It’s got a decent return policy. That’s why I did, and I’m happy so far. It feels sturdy, and the dials are good. I don’t think it could stop a bolt-cutter, but for a normal, non-high-security purpose like house showings, it seems just right.

Love it but wish the lock was a little flexible for when placement is limited.

This lock is perfect to safely hide spare keys for our airbnb cleaner, maintance crew or guests in case our keypad door entry stops working and we need to give people access to our home while we are away. It's small enough to fit inside our outdoor outlet box or attached to a small exterior light.

The media could not be loaded.  I’ve tried various types of this style of key safe as well as the larger wall mount or U-lock options and they are just not worth the price they typically go for. The amount of keys this holds, the quality metal construction and the ease of use makes this an absolute bargain at $15 CAD. Don’t bother with the Kidde product or even the top loading Master Lock mini safe with a thin cable instead of a thick metal u-shaped lock for securing to something. The fact this allows for 4 digit combos is also a plus. 3 digits just doesn’t provide enough potential combinations to make me feel ok with it’s security considering I’ve forgotten combos on a couple 3 digit boxes in the past and was able to get into both within just a day of tinkering. The extra digit raises the potential combos to tens of thousands. I highly recommend.
