These are a perfect swap for Vaterra ascender K10. Excellent tread pattern. The foams are soft yet stiffer than most generic tires. Love the look and grip!

I use these on my scx10 2 trail honco, which has a jeep cherokee hard body and metal upgrades for everything but the axles.Due to the weight of my rig I find the foams to be unnecessary. I'm running MOHERO bead locks so they only have what are was inside them while I was installing the wheels.I'll most likely be changing tires soon, these do not crawl very well with out modifications like the foams being removed and the tire tread being softened.My suggestion would be if your looking for great crawler tires go with Axial Maxxis Trepador the just grip and go.

Medium soft compound. But will work great on any thing. If your running anything with weight to it u will want to definitely use the foams sent with tires.

You get what you pay for, looks good, foams are way too big and stiff, the rubber compound is neither sticky or soft. More like a shelf queen tire.

To explain the rubber density/compound, concrete comes to mind. They’re not worth buying, even for a shelf queen.

I’m running them on a scx10 ii with beadlocks. They pull extremely well. I am not running foam. The rubber compound is extremely soft. They are smaller than the BFG’s that come with the kit but they bite enough that it makes up for the lost 1/2 inch.
