From what I've read, we are almost all deficient in Magnesium. Here is a great inexpensive way to remedy that lack by simply adding an eighth to a quarter teaspoon to coffee. The slight salty bittery taste melds perfectly with the coffee, enhancing it in my opinion. I've done this with Potassium Chloride for quite some time for the same reason, but only just recently realized this is an option for Magnesium as well. It's delicious in coffee, perhaps even tea, though I haven't tested that yet. Of course start out with a little 'til you find your own taste preference.

Good medicine

High potency at a low price. Cakes up very easily, but easy to grind down with a spoon - similar consistency to sugar. I think it is bad-tasting when mixed with water, but it is easy to mask the flavor with orange juice or ginger ale - whatever we happen to have. I have noticed that it actually seems to improve the flavor of low-sodium V-8 (which I actually like), so that has become mixer of choice. My wife prefers something sweet with it, but she does not find the flavor so bad, so I guess the unpleasantness varies from one person the the next. I have been taking a teaspoon or so every day after dinner for several weeks now, mixed with something like low-sodium V-8 to mask the taste. I have noticed that some of the reviews have mentioned gastrointestinal difficulties when using this. product. For what it is worth, I have had no gastrointestinal difficulties - neither constipation nor diarrhea. Or even any noticeable gastric discomfort, heartburn or gas. Nothing. I have used other magnesium-based products to clean out my bowels for colonoscopies, etc. (magnesium citrate, as I recall), and they work just fine for me in clearing my bowels, but this product has had no such effect for me. No discernible effect at all on digestion

I purchased this after learning about an online company making magnesium soaks with this chemical form of magnesium and it cost triple the price of this at least. So I bought this for bath soaks and couldn’t be happier. Recently used for a bruised heel and it’s all better after just 2-3 soaks.

Works great. I dissolve 2 table spoons in one liter of water and leave it on the counter to drink it through out the week. One shot glass in the am, one shot with lunch and one shot before bed. If you don't have as many issues as i do, then you can do either just one shot in the morning or one in the morning and one at night. Taste is a little bitter but goes down really well if you put a little bit of lime juice or if you mix it with half a glass of orange juice. I use lemon juice drops. if you are not a fan of the taste at all, then buy the Magnesium Chloride 800mg different brand. In that case i take 2 in the morning, 1 with lunch and 2 at night. I have done this when I travel. Capsules are best for traveling. We have been drinking this magnesium for about 9 months and it has made such a great difference in our lives. We are in our mid 40s, were too tired, couldn't function without cafeine or red bull. We no longer need those. We are more energetic, and more focussed. No more pain. No more fybromalgia, no more muscle cramps.

This is by far the best Magnesium out there, the one that will bring you all promissed effects. The value for the money is fantastic. Be aware that you will have to mix it with a strong taste beverage, because it tastes absolutely horrible! But the benefits are worth the horrible taste. It won't loose your stools as all other forms of Magnesium do. I mix it with pure squeezed lime juice water and drink it, it helps on the horrible taste. Other than that i have had great benefits by taking this magnesium.Today is April 12th, 2023 and I still have the same bottle that I got in 2019.....What a Deal! Benefits and potency are the same still!!!
