I purchased this for my son to build with his dad they always do the model cars and they enjoy it so much. So I thought that this was a nice change and I was right. They worked on this thing for hours and it was nice to watch them. My 14 year old daughter even jumped in a little, 900 pieces of quality material to build this awesome astronaut he bends all the joints on him, comes with a base so that you can display your work at the end. The details on this is absolutely outstanding. The instructions are easy to follow with numbers and pictures. Anyone that enjoys building things you will get so much enjoyment out of this. I plan on getting a couple of these for gifts for the older boys in the family. Love it!

Let's start with the fact that this kit includes lots, and I mean LOTS, of tiny pieces. The creator of this build has incorporated very clever use of some of the more unusual lego-style specialty pieces. One half of the suit is the fully-expected white space suit with some nifty details. What sets this kit apart is the other half which builds out some of the intense detailing that you might see beneath the suit or added as a more robotic modification. You'll be working with some smaller pieces as you build and combine both sides to the eventual finished model. The design is pretty clever and the finished kit will actually stand on its own just fine, but the manufacturer has thoughfully provided a few extra steps that provide a stand and support structure to keep your finished build looking awesome (and helping to prevent tip-over). All in all, a great build. My only comment is the interesting addition of very-light-grey bricks (which fall somewhere between the typical white and expected light-grey color). In some lighting, and for folks with certain vision issues, these really-light-grey bricks might be hard to spot in amongst the pile. My set, additionally, was missing one of the gold metal grills (which are used as adornment on right boot), and I ended up pulling a couple of spare silver grills from my own parts collection instead.

This was a very fun and satisfying build. Instructions were easy to follow. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because it was missing one blue piece. For a non lego set I couldn’t have been more pleased. Looks awesome on display.

Everything about this product is quality, the box, pieces, and even the lore of the astronaut is all thought through. Inside the box there are clear instructions and bags labeled with numbers to help with organization. Building it is fun and the pieces feel like they will last. Definitely putting this on my shelf once I finish building it.

I bought it for my boyfriend and he loved it, it is a good plan to get out of the routine, the material is good and it comes with its own instruction book, and it has good dimensions to notice every detail

I love this! My uncle helped design NASA's spacesuits and this model reminds me of him.

The quality of the blocks is much better than expected, the detail is great and the process is very enjoyable. Highly recommended.
